This is, hands down, the best hotel my wife and I have has the pleasure of staying in. Staff was friendly, room had everything we needed and more. Value exceed what we paid by quite a large margin.
Like literally every hotel that we've ever stayed in, the toilet paper was woefully inadequate, but that's an industry thing and not intended to be a slight for this hotel, so just bring a roll of what you're used to.

Excellent stay. Clean and quiet. Andria is a real gem! Definitely recommend as a great value destination. I did like that I was able to call the hotel to make the reservation. Pet accommodation was nice with carpeted area right outside the door.

My stay was really good, since the check in to the check out. The location is perfect, there is a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and stores close by. The room was very clean, sheets super clean, comfy bed and pillows. Room has a full-size fridge, microwave, toaster and a 2-burner range. Never get problems with the parking lot, doors lock at 11pm for security and coffee 24hr at the lobby.
My only problem was with the dryer that was not drying good, so I had to run it a few times and my neighbors that every morning at 5am slam their doors making my shakes waking me up every day at that time. But the true is that i will stay there if I got back one day.

As a single person, I had a room with one queen bed, chair, table and kitchen basics. It is a much more sensible use of space than two queen bed and no kitchen. Everything was clean and functioning. The large refrigerator was a bit noisy.

This is my new favorite getaway from home. When I need a break from the chaos of home, I want somewhere to go that is reasonably priced and also feels like "home." MyPlace manages to provide everything I could want and need without making me feel cramped or uncomfortable. They have made great use of the space. I have a bed, amazing recliner, TV, full-sized fridge, microwave, stovetop and all the items I would need. There are 4 very comfortable pillows and they also have a soft throw blanket to use. They will even put my breakfast in the fridge so I can heat and eat in the morning on my own time. It's incredibly clean and the staff has been super friendly so far!

Check-in was painless. Beds were comfortable (though squeaky) the room was clean with no apparent problems. The hotel overall felt a little dated and would benefit from a fresh cost of paint (or a full on remodel). The single biggest problem was the smell. The hotel didn't stink, but the stovetops in every room means your fellow guests can cook in their rooms. Every time I got off the elevator I was greeted with a new, unique, potent smell that was rarely pleasant.

Will definitely not stay at this hotel again. I gave it 2 stars because the area was nice and the front desk lady was kind enough to accommodate us. I checked in and got our first room, walked in and walked immediately out. I have never smelled a room smell so much of animal urine. Front desk lady got us another room, which only smelled like animal urine a bit. I can’t describe to you how badly the stench of animal urine was. These rooms need to be deep cleaned.Rooms: Yuck smell

Kitchen doesn't come with any dishes, silverware etc. No pool. Besides those 2 things it's a great clean hotel. Beds are very comfy.

The manager, Andrea, at the West Jordan location is incredibly rude. This place charged us for a second night because I'd left my belongings in the room but disabled our keys. I went to pick up my things and she made me get a police escort before I could go into the room. She was completely bitter and unwilling to let me get my things until the police arrived and suddenly she was all cheeky and smiles. She turned it into so much bigger of an issue than it needed to be. Nobody should have to call a police escort to enter a room they paid for!

We came for a concert and booked 3 rooms. Spent a lot of money to stay here. Our room smelled horrible. Spelt like dogs and urine, the other rooms weren't ready by check In had to wait for 2 hours before they were ready. Will go elsewhere next time not worth the money.

I stayed at the My Place Hotel from November 11th to the 18th. Here is the reason for the 5 Stars. Right upon arriving on the property, I was greeted by the front desk manager Toshi. She was not only polite but she was also warm and inviting. Next was her manager, Andria. She was just as friendly and kind as Toshi. I had a few things taken at the airport so as a result, I did not have my Drivers LIcence. They explained that it was policy, however, they recommended that If I knew anyone in town they would be able to put their driver's license on file. Well, that worked great. My girlfriend happened to live in Utah. The rooms were immaculate. The sheets were crisp and clean. The carpet smelled new and the room was made up perfectly. Also, the bathroom and the bathtub were spotless. They even soak the room keys in disinfectant if you are worried about COVID. They also take extra care in making sure your room is clean. When I say extra care I mean immaculate. Google says they are a 2-star hotel. That could not be further from the truth. You are getting a 5-star staff and room for a fantastic price. Thank you again for taking such good care of me and my friends.

If I could give this hotel -5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Terrible service, profiling and disrespect! Here's some back story: Me and a few friends reserved a room here on 9.1.2023 to celebrate a birthday. We had absolutely zero intentions to be noisy or cause any trouble for staff or anyone that might be staying at the hotel. The entire time we were there, we were extremely quiet and extremely respectful. After about 4 hours of being in the room, we get a knock at the door from hotel staff. Their side of the story goes as follows: "Somebody down the hall just claimed that they got a bucket of water thrown at their door. You guys have 10 minutes to pack your things and leave before we call the police". At this point, we are all extremely blindsided by what we just heard. I will admit that most of the people in the group are teenagers (18+) but I can promise you one thing, absolutely NO ONE in our group would do such a thing. We aren't a group of teens going around looking for trouble and doing low-life things; Apparently being a teenager in today's world automatically means that we're up to no good. Sad. After trying to reason with the front desk, they refused to check cameras listen to anything we had to say; in fact, when we called the front desk to try to talk to them, they hung the phone up on us almost immediately. Me, my friends, or anyone that I know or they know will NEVER be stepping foot into this building again. The way the situation was handled was completely unacceptable.

Warning, Warning, Warning...This hotel, while perfectly adequate, uses a booking service which uses questionable billing fees. While staying at the hotel for several days, I was provided, upon request, the hotel charges. When compared to the booking fees my total charges were more than 25% higher! Shame on you!I'll not be back!
