I rarely post a review on Google, but Chad Cox, is hands down a shady business owner and be careful not to make him angry. He does not live up to his commitment and I do not recommend anyone buy from him. I will need to have my doors fixed up by someone else.

I have never used this company but I was stuck in the snow at an intersection and 2 of their large trucks were behind me. All of a sudden a group of guys climbed out of these 2 trucks and pushed my dumb car out of some serious snow.They were back in the trucks and gone by the time i got to a clear space to stop. I saw the company name on the truck.I never got a chance to say THANK YOU. They waved as they drove by and I waved back. Thanks fellas. You are good examples to the community and i will pay it forward.13400 South and 4050 west by the Maverik.

I normally do not leave reviews, good or bad. I try to form my own opinion with my experience. I have realized (now that I have completed a home remodel) that these reviews are very important for us the consumer. I wish I would have read more reviews while choosing contractors and companies to give my hard earned money too. I spent $7,000 with Mountain View for all new doors and trim in my home.As soon as the order was placed, the phones calls nearly never were answered or returned. All my doors except 2 arrived as per my order- 1 door was shipped with no glass, after a few phone calls and texts they finally arrived with the glass and installed. Honest mistake, it’s winter so the cold air coming through the door for a day or two was annoying, but we survived. The other door ($2,000 front entry door) was shipped with the wrong swing, it would not open without hitting my stair case. Chad Cox and an associate both came to my house on separate occasions and measured all the doors.I guess they did not write down the swing for this door, so a 3rd associate called and asked my wife which way the door swings open. She said “if your looking at it, it opens to the left” he said “thanks and have a good day”. The professional representative from Mountain View did not ask my wife if she was looking at it from the inside or outside, and she is not a door professional. I already paid $1,500 to have the door stained before we installed and realized 3 different associate made a mistake on the door.I finally received a text from Chad (week later) saying he would not spend the $200 to have the repaired parts of the door stained, and that he would be doing me a favor if he were to even repair the door at all because it was half my wife’s fault. He said it would be costing him $800 and a days labor. I spent $7,000 and took a day off work to be here while my front door was removed from my house, taken to his shop for repair, damaged, and returned a few hours later (again, it’s cold outside). And now I’m paying $400 to have the door stained where it was repaired.Im not perfect, I have made plenty of mistakes in my life. The reason I’m writing the review is because my hard earned money was not enough for him to take responsibility for his companies mistakes, and make them right with me, or at least approach me in a way that showed he genuinely cared and was concerned about how we could come to a fair agreement.

Good products but horrible customer service!! Wish I would of done business with a different company. Would not recommend. I never leave reviews but the way I was treated was very unprofessional.
