My intial visit was very positive, but upon returning home I noted an error in my transactions. I returned but the teller had left that waited on me. There were meetings going on and there didn't seem to be any one who would listened to me that could help me. I finally left my name and no. where I would be reached. I received no call and the next morning when I got your recording, he only further frustrated me. Once I got a live person the problem was readily solved. I have been a customer since the days of the Utah Copper credit union and have always been satisfied with the service I received. This time there was either a lack of training or lack of communications and follow thru. I trust it won't happen again.

This branch if I understand correctly is a training branch for new employees. So there appears to be different people working there every time I go in. This said the employees do a good job. They are professional and friendly. I have never had a complaint with this branch, or any of the employees. employees.
