Had to replace front and rear rotors, brake pads, oil pan drip, etc and got to take my car home the same day. Had to slam on our brakes that night and pleased that we didn't have to worry about braking issues. We will be coming back for any repair needs.
Also, I love that they give you a clear electronic estimate before starting the repair. You can see what issues they find and accept or decline what type of work you want them to perform beforehand. I didn't feel pressured by them. Also, everyone was super pleasant to speak with. ?

I've been going here for routine car maintenance for two and a half years since I moved to Midvale. I'm impressed with how quickly they complete the tasks they are given. I had some problems with my car when I took it to other shops previously, but those problems haven't cropped up recently because of the good work that the mechanics do here.

Gordon was friendly and helpful. I had talked to Brent on the phone the previous evening and he had quoted a certain price on a service. When Gordon estimated $40 more than that, I mentioned Brent had quoted me less and Gordon said we could do the previously quoted price, no questions asked. The service itself was quick and easy. I've only been to this place once, but it doesn't seem like the kind of shop that will upsell you for no reason or make up a story about something that's wrong with your car if you don't seem to know anything about cars so they can get more money. I'll change my review if I find they are dishonest in our future dealings, but so far so good.

Went in for an estimate, thinking that I would have to come back in a few days. They gave me my estimate and said they could have me done in about an hour. Work done. Happy repeat customer.

This shop is the BOMB! They allowed me to set an appointment. They called me with their findings and clearly explained all that they recommended. They sent me the estimate in writing for approval. I knew exactly what they recommended, and why they recommended it.
Women sometimes feel under-valued and insecure when taking their cars into a shop. Master Auto Tech does a great job at making me feel like I know the full story, and that they recommend only what I really need. Lastly their prices are amazing. They beat my dealership's prices by a long shot. Great value. Great company. Great service!

Fantastic and competent mechanics are sometimes hard to come by, but not at this place. We have an older suzuki hatchback that needed the catalytic converter and o2 sensors replaced. Thing about that is suzuki no longer exists in the U.S. and getting a non-oem replacement for this part is a huge risk, especially if not installed right. Rudy helped me have confidence that his team would get a converter of original manufacture quality and guarantee it for 2 years. Yeah, it was expensive, but we have confidence that their work will make this repair last a lot longer than the 2 year guarantee. Thanks Rudy and team for your quick, professional and competent service. I would trust you to do future work on my cars.

I was recommended to Master Auto Tech from replacing my tires and needing an alignment.
They got me right in and finished the job quickly and explained work done and did it reasonably.
I would feel confident bringing my car in for other issues in the future.
