I was very disappointed in Lowes. I ordered an above stove microwave online that needed installation. After placing the order, I continued to wait an additional two weeks before I was notified about an installation date. After confirming my installation, I had to take a day off of work to be available for the installation. After waiting the entire day with no sign of the installer, I contacted Lowes to see if they were still coming. I was told the installer called, and I told them I did not know about any installation. Which was an outright lie. The then offered to do the install the following week. Like I got all kinds of days to be taking off work. I immediately requested a refund and canceled my Lowes card. I have no patience for lies like that. I will now pass Lowes on my way to Home depot going forward.

They said they had a quantity ten of a specific item. I drove 30 minutes to get them. Not on the shelf Finally found an employee on the other side of the store He couldn't find them and just kept complaining about how bad their inventory system is After ten minutes of mumbling that the system doesn't tell him where else they could be I just told him this is the last time I ever come to Lowe's Home Depot is way better
