The prices have gone insanely high. I realize it's a specialty size store, but come on! I think they know they've got you trapped as far as needing plus size clothing. Lately, I also haven't found clothing I like (although this could just be the weird state of fashion these days.) About the only thing I buy anymore are panties when they go on an extreme sale. $30+ for a basic white T-shirt? Basic pants that are over $100? Even if I do see something cute, 99% of the time I put it right back when I see the price tag. Even the prices on their clearance rack are still too high for what the item is. I'm extremely disappointed they've priced me out of shopping there.
The other thing I find frustrating is how much of their clothing doesn't accommodate a bra. Hello, you're a plus-size store, it should be obvious that plus-size ladies almost always need a bra! Yes, I know strapless bras exist, but they are expensive and, honestly, how many of us big breasted ladies really feel secure in a strapless bra? I've almost given up on shopping at Lane Bryant.

I went to multiple stores looking for plus life lingerie that was comfortable.. with no luck! Stopped at Torrid to check it out and found the cutest 2 piece set. Customer service was great, Brittany helped me and she was super friendly and awesome!

The only store I've found that carries large bras(up to size H, I believe) that are great quality, and prices! I'm always greeted, asked if I can be helped, and I feel happy when I leave! Exchanges and/ or returns are not a problem here!

Now this is Customer Service!!! Talk about a great team lead by Amy Bloomfield. It was end of day, we went a little past closing and I'm sure they were all exhausted and ready to be done for the day, but they serviced me like I was their only concern. I am finicky and Amy and her team stuck with me until I found exactly what I wanted. A good fitting bra is hard to find, but Amy is a bra expert! She helped me find exactly what I needed. Yay for the back slendering bra! It's pretty and functional, smoothing out my little bulgy back and side rolls, while keeping it sexy in the front. I cannot say enough good things about Amy and the patient, understanding, professional service she gave to me and her support team was so kind and helpful as well. They really had each other's backs. Thank you Amy!!! I greatly appreciate you!

The store itself is neat and has a good variety but they treat you horribly. I felt as if they thought I was a delinquent about to steal something. I went to look at a shirt and a woman gave me a horrible glare. I would much rather order online than deal with the horrible customer service.

I came today for a scheduled bra fitting in a desperate attempt to find one that fit me, since ThirdLove discontinued my size of 40H. Everyone was super helpful and patient, and I was shocked and ecstatic that not only did they help find a bra that fit me, I was able to choose between 4-5 options instead of just one or two! Of course, you'll pay a decent bit, but luckily I came when they were on sale for 2 for $59. That's less than I'd pay for ONE bra anywhere online. The clearance section is definitely worth checking out as well, lots of cute and quality clothes there. I will forever be buying my bras from Lane Bryant from now on.
