These guys are nice but slow! I don’t understand how a business that orders 5-15 semi loads a day acts like they are surprised they need to unload 5-15 semi loads a day?!?! Why in the hell are tens of man hours and hundreds of thousands in equipment sitting there 2-3-4 hours per truck to get unloaded? If your going to this place be warned they are so slow you’ll need to charge them extra for your time.

10/10 would give these guys my business again any day. I am so glad I gave them a call - their prices were well below the big box stores for composite materials, they were ahead of schedule on delivery and their customer service was outstanding.Be sure to ask for Juan when you contact sales. He was a dream to work with. We had a relatively small order with a lot of changes and adjustments that needed to be made as I figured out what would work best for our scenario. Juan gave us the patience and customer service as if we were ordering for a commercial sized building. He met with me in person to go over options and was responsive about our order even while travelling to another state. Thank you, Juan for taking such good care of us!Mike the delivery guy worked around all kinds of large equipment we had on site to get our delivery set in the safest location possible. He was extremely friendly and patient while we hummed and hawed over placement and then went out of his way to find a better solution for us. Great guy - wish all delivery drivers were like him!Thanks, LKL - we look forward to working with you again!

This company had the worst customer care I ever been at . The laziest people that work there they won't help unless they're ordered too. But they'd rather sit on their phone and play around on that then help people. I will never go back and I would tell very one the same thing not to go there too.

Amazing customer service, they bent over backwards to help us and even had one of their associates deliver what we needed to our business. Staff is warm and friendly and has great communication.

overnight parking on street and they have one dock for dryvan load which is right side on the building and very helpful people and friendly nature

Back in july 2021 I watched «Trent & Allie» having a great LKL experience after a previous bad customer experience. LKL more than made up for it by expediting the ordered delivery and having one of the company officials showing up to do the delivery, making sure it went well.
