I had thought doing my taxes would be super tedious and take a long time but the team at H&R block made it a lot easier than I expected. Emalee Allison helped me out a bunch and made sure I understood everything, I also enjoyed how they created a nice balance between being professional and still having fun with clients and other coworkers. I definitely plan to be back next year.

GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The only reason I knew my taxes weren’t filed was because I hadn’t received my return and reached out to my tax pro, twice. Over a month after the deadline. Apparently their software wasn’t working to sign to finalize docs and no one notified me. I’ve been to 4 H&R Block’s today trying to sign in person to see that it gets handled and they’re all closed despite the sign saying they have operating hours today. Extremely frustrating experience, do not recommend.

I’ve been filing with H&R Block for 6 years now. This is the first year I’m having issues, first time receiving a letter from the IRS and the first time my taxes have been delayed this late. Emalee allison is the worst tax professional here, very unorganized. I will be going back to my original professional margaret. I still have not gotten my tax documents online and I still have not received my refund.

I made an appointment. Only waited about five minutes. Young lady was knowledgeable, and friendly. My return was not very complicated. Was in and out in about 40 minutes. The cost was competitive. I would use again.

I don't want to give out the name of the lady who did my taxes. However, it took her two different appointments for her to find the problem and finish my taxes. She was nice. I got really frustrated with the whole situation. It felt like I was her first client and her first tax return. Hopefully, she gets better at her job

We have been audited in the past when we have done our own taxes, and didn't want to go through that again. Also my wife is hard to live with during the time she is doing our taxes, and don't want to go through that any more.
