the guy behind the counter was on his phone while attempting to get what I was buying with both ear buds in and was not familiar with the products he was selling I had to guide him to the item I want and he still grabbed the wrong one

Jandi!!!! Thank you for being wonderful I had a very bad experience at the smoke shop that was my favorite but that has now changed! He wasn’t able to help me but he directed me to someone who could help. Would recommend.

Never spend your money here. People that work here are nice usually. But it's the ownership that likes to change the prices whenever they feel like depending on the customer.Notice: when you have half as amount of one star reviews as you do five star reviews and very little two three or four star reviews, clearly most of your five star reviews are fake.

I called to make sure they had what I needed. Dana was awesome to help me with questions. I can't wait to go see my new vape shop later today. I'm leaving a mystery package at the shop for the next 5 customers that mention the website.

Went in for a battery, the shop is right down the street from my house. Never been in before, walked in the door and am immediately greeted by the store associate and the window washer as well as a huge inventory of beautiful glass! Shop was super clean and organized. Had a great selection of batteries and the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. Will be back for any further "vaping" needs! Thanks guys! 10/10

Wouldn’t let me examine the product I wanted to buy. Only said I could “look”. I want to feel the weight of certain items and they refused to let me. I was planning on spending around 150 during that trip but that made me walk out. Go somewhere else. They are awful and rude. Guy was on his phone the entire time and not helpful at all. Honestly; didn’t seem like he cared to much to make this store money and that’s probably not an employee to have.

I just went into the West Jordan shop this morning to buy some juice. Taylor helped me out and the service was friendly, fast and efficient. When it came time to pay for my juice, I realized I had left my debit card at home, so I was limited to the cash I had on me at the time. After raiding my car for loose change, I was still a little short. Instead of just telling me to come back when I had my debit card, Taylor actually used some money from his own tip jar to help me make up the difference. Taylor went way above and beyond what his job called for. Not only was he more friendly and more attentive than your average customer service employee, but he helped me out and made my day a lot easier at his own expense. After this experience, I will be going to this same HoH for all my future needs, and next time I will be sure to leave a nice big tip!
