I purchased the floor jack and few day’s ago the parts pin come out like broken and take back to the store and store says we can’t take back less you won’t purchase production plan $99 lost money it’s very poor quality and the store manager Christian angry doesn’t wanna help bad customer service go on a part just look wirely high price

it had everything I wanted and more! I wish I could have spent the whole day in that store just wandering around pulling things off the shelves and throwing in my cart and the good news is when I bring my car up to the register and they ring it all up I'm still amazed, in a good way
