“Trust me, if you want to learn to box or do mma, this is the place. There isn’t any boring long lectures about form and such but you learn by doing. If you are looking for a fast paced learning environment with an awesome coach, look no further.”

“Great place to do a drop in class or to get started. If I ever visit SLC, UT, this will be where I train! The really cool thing was that my wife and I brought a family member in for an introduction to CrossFit, and not only did she get coaching specific to her, but one of the highly skilled athletes took her under wing. Thanks for being so welcoming! Awesome coaching, and welcoming athletes to everyone no matter your skill level.”

“Pros: Low-stress atmosphere; clean; doesn't smell; respectful and easy-going patrons; open 24/7Cons: Probably more expensive than it should be; might not have the exact equipment you're looking forI'm new to gym-going because I've never found a gym that suits my needs and personality. Most gyms in the area are massive, crowded, noisy, and smell like . . . gyms.So what other people were saying about SnapFitness caught my attention, and I've been really happy with it since joining. I'm not interested in going to the gym to socialize or be looked at, and this gym has been perfect in that regard. It's never crowded all the times I've been, and you can tell that the people who go there, while friendly and easy-going, are mostly just there to get or stay fit, and everyone seems to respect everyone else for it. They aren't trying to impress or judge you.I'm giving it four stars mostly because of the price. A bigger place like EoS offers a lot more benefits for about the same price or about the same benefits for a third of the cost, and it's also open 24/7. So if you don't really care about atmosphere, that's probably a better option for you than SnapFitness. That said, though, I feel like I'm paying for a uniquely low-stress gym experience I couldn't find anywhere else, so I'm staying put, at least for now.My only other gripe is that its small size means it can't accommodate a ton of equipment, so some types of machines that I wish were available just aren't. But there's something there for every muscle group, so there's not much to complain about.”

“They are strict with enforcement on rules but the pool is so clean and well kept. The lifeguards are not at all distracted and take their jobs seriously and that’s obvious. Wish it was bigger but over all best indoor kid friendly indoor pool.”

“Always clean and the employees are always friendly and ready to help! Only reason I gave 4stars is because the men's sauna never seems to be working! But other than that it's always a positive experience”

“I've been here for a little over 6 months. My experience is that this gym is new to exercising, or someone who wants a healthy body, especially for girls. First of all, the gym is clean, and the boss is very friendly, especially in the gym. The organization is also good enough unless it's meant to be a professional bodybuilder or power lifter.”

“The Kidcare is AMAZING! I have been to several gyms and my kids were completely unhappy with how they were treated. The team here (I’ve known Linda and Jen the longest) have made all the difference. Where I exercise does not matter. It’s all about the comfort and safety of my children. They are the reason I drive past other vasa locations and come to this gym.. I can peacefully workout with no concern because of the hands that take care of these sweet kids. They also throw fun parties and do crafts with the kids. They are the best!”
