“Went to Don's in West Jordan today.Been itching for a while... Being honest, it's hard to impress me anymore.... After I've lived the buisness all my years! But, a good friend told me to check it out... So here we go...Met straight up front with an old school hand shake, immediate small town environment! This to me is an absolute minimum... Check!Absolutely an awesome storefront, and from the front viewing all the BBQ seasonings, to the North with all the pellets you could smoke with seasonings, to the south with a great selection of hand made products, seasoned, and also top shelf cuts in the freezer section.They even let me assess their "USDA Choice Rib Eye" quality beef roast statement, very nice looking roasts they are using... Period!Wrapped correctly, done right from start to finish. AWESOME cleanliness, not a single issue noted, even dusting the racks...Purchased a whole bunch of stuff and can't wait to try everything! Very professional!10/10 We'll be doing business again!”

“We live about 12 miles from Lucky. Ever since we discovered the quality of the meat counter, we have been regular customers. They have a wide variety of options, from chicken feet to prime rib. They are all thick and aged to tender perfection. I'm not sharing my favorite cut because I don't enjoy finding that they are already sold out. I'm crazy for posting this.”
“Today February 5, 2024, just to let the owner know about the very rude cashier throwing away the receipt!! Very bad treatment on the part of the lady, this was. At 9:53 the store is very stocked, everything is fresh, but the cashier employee has terrible service, very bad treatment.”
“I stopped to purchase gas last night, 3/21 about 7:15. Wanted to use a Kroger Gift Card + my Smith’s points to optimize my transaction. I had no idea if that was possible, let alone the steps needed to accomplish this. The young man stationed there was extremely helpful, friendly & patient getting this old man successfully through the process. Restored my confidence that customer service is alive and well! Kudos to this gentleman, you’ve got a good one there.”
“Went in for Donuts, but wandered around a little. Impressed with how fresh it looked inside since the remodel several years ago. The Donuts were really tasty, but I've never met a Donut I didn't like. They did have a Blueberry Fritter that has topped my list of Fritters.”

“January 22, 2022I am able to grab anything I may have missed at the last minute! I really love this store and with it being just around the corner from my parents home in Sandy, I also go gas up at the Fuel Center before I head back home to Helper.”
“Got wet wipes and strawberries from them yesterday. The huggies wet wipes were on sale and cheaper then I could have got from anywhere else. I got two things of strawberries because I like doing chocolate covered strawberries for valentines. The strawberries were really big and very delicious will have to get strawberries from here in the future.”

“Was originally a two star review because I mostly go here for groceries and items with multiple flavors are almost always poorly zoned/faced, leading to the items i want not getting ordered because something completely different is my item's place. That keeps this from turning to a 5 star review. Jacob (I think? He's a young good looking dude that works the counter and the invoice says Jacob) in the auto center is amazing. Even though it was close enough to closing time that I would have understood if they turned me away for an oil change, Jacob told the other technician in the auto center that he was willing to stay a few minutes late if needed to get my oil changed. Give him a raise as soon as possible, he has the best customer service I've ever seen at a Walmart.”

“This Pharmacy has no drive up window but the folks working there make up this with their kind and helpful service. Sometimes they can be slow at filling prescriptions but that is because they dont have enough people. This has been the case at many businesses since the lousy Covid disrupted all of our lives. So I cut them some slack. I would highly recommend this Pharmacy!”
“I love this Smith's Marketplace! We do nearly all of our grocery shopping here and I love that heave made it so convenient with Covid to get pick up for free. They're always prompt when I do pick up. When I shop in the store I love how neat and orderly it is. They have great selection and prices. The only thing I wish is that they would stock more sugar snap peas in the produce section. Every time I try to shop for those at this location they're out haha. But overall, love this store!”

“Pharmacy and staff are great - rarely out of prescriptions/meds, too. ? The only problem with this pharmacy is that when calling it, you can only reach someone about 1/2 the time. It's either a hit (someone picks up the phone) or a BIG miss (the phone just rings and rings nonstop for literally as long as you'll let it ring). ?”

Smith's bakery never disappoints when I need a birthday cake. I've had to instances where I needed something specific and they were more than happy to accommodate. “As someone who is new to this kind of store, it can be very intimidating at first. But they did have a lot of varieties of food, collectibles and decor. Most of the packaged food also had English on it which I was grateful for, otherwise I wouldn't know what I was buying haha! They did have a lot of boxes of product on the floor around the front of the store that I felt made the store look a little cluttered. They should put some shelves up along the front instead to put the product on as it would give the store a cleaner/organized feel. Other than that the store was really neat.”
