Euri has had me in treatment for several months.I am encouraged. I see incremental improvements with each visit.If the treatment stopped today, I would be satisfied.We are continuing, and I expect to improve back to health and vitality.

Dr. Petersen and his staff are the best! I can’t say enough good about all of them. I’ve been seeing Dr. Petersen going on two years now and he’s helped me tremendously. I don’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone.I’m so excited that Vicky, is his new health coach, and had an appointment with her today to go over some health issues, and she was wonderful too. I’m so glad to have a health coach in the office and won’t hesitate to have an appointment with her at anytime.

Dr. Seibold was very personable, easy to talk to and offered lots of information and recommendations. The office followed up with the prices I asked for. I’m waiting to hear back from the doc after he consults with a doctor who specializes in ovarian cancer. Good experience.

The consultation was thorough and casual. Dr. Seibold was personable and thorough. All my questions were answered before asking, so the information delivered was informative and it all made sense. I felt comfortable and at ease talking and sharing my experiences. I look forward to working with Dr.Seibold and his staff.

Dr Petersen at Forum Health is a TOP DOC and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer all of your questions with expertise and will not give up until he figures out what your health needs require. I cannot go back to the doctors who don’t think outside the box. Forum Health has given me extraordinary help to solve what most main stream doctors just give you a pill for and send you home. Thanks to Dr Petersen and his staff for everything!

The office staff was friendly and helpful. I was taken into the room right on time and the doctor came in shortly after. Dr. Seibold was understanding, thorough, listened to everything I had to say and let me talk as much as needed. He answered all my questions and worked with me on a plan we both felt comfortable with. I recommend their services without reservation.

Dr. Peterson is very knowledgeable about the treatment of lyme and co infections. He sat with me and throughly went through my history and gave me his thought and run down of my personalized treatment. Highly recommend

Dr. Seibold is the man! Follow his protocol and you will see improvements towards better health. It may cost a bit, but considering the years of illness and missed work, not to mention missing out on life because of illness, its worth every penny. Thanks Dr. Seibold!
