Not only did he go over my policy with my original insurance company, but he explained all the coverages he offered in detail and how they differed from my old policy. I paid my 95 year old grandmothers policy for her for years with no claims and no issues. She has been on hospice since November of 2020 and we sold her home in November of 2021. On the date of close November 23 2021, I sent this office a cancellation notification via email. Now as she is slowly dying, grandma is being sent to collections for non payment in January. On December 17, 2021 I sent the information again when a representative of this office called me. I was not told she would owe any balance past the November date of cancellation. (November was paid in full) Imagine my surprise to get a letter of collection against grandma. I'm not impressed by this level of service at all. I cannot even log into the Farmers website to see what the charge is for (we were paid in full through November) so I will be disputing it on her behalf.

Tommy got us some insurance that our old carrier couldn't provide. He also has been very helpful with a few bumps that have come up from our switching over. He's very personable and prompt. We recommend him and Farmers highly!
