Jeremiah and his team continue to be extremely good to us for all of our insurance needs. We use him for business and personal policies. We always refer our friends and family to him. They always find us great rates, incredible customer care, and continuously check in. Recently, Jeremiah and his team went above and beyond to track down information from our unresponsive mortgage company to help us out. Nothing but good things to say.

Jeremiah got my life insurance policy in force in less than 45 minutes. I was denied by another company and I’m really happy to have the peace of mind by having a cheap term life insurance policy in place. So much better than calling a big company. Great service!

Have been with Farm Bureau and Jerimiah for many years. Each year he is on top of renewals and anything that may be helpful for me to know about savings and my policies. Recently I needed policy help and he was responsive to my needs and very communicative during the process.

I cancelled my policy with these guys, and due to one of their employee's errors, I was billed $1300 for my policy renewal 3 weeks later. It took Fam Bureau a full month to get me the money back. (During a particularly challenging financial time for me).Jeremiah is pretty friendly and helpful when you first sign up with the policy. After you've been onboarded, you likely won't ever talk to him again and the office's response times lengthen significantly.Farm Bureau also isn't the greatest company to work with either. I got shuffled between 4 agents in the 5 years I was with the company. When I had to file a claim after $3000 of stuff got stolen from my car, they were terrible to work with and I ended up traveling to their corporate office, walking in the front door and asking to speak with someone because my agent wasn't getting the job done.I would not work with FBFS and after several negative experiences with Jeremiah's office, I would not recommend working with them if you do go with FBFS.

Just bought a new car. Called Jeremiah about what I needed to do to get it on our account. Before I hung up my phone it was done! It’s nice to have an agent who is so responsive and can immediately take care of my insurance needs.

The key to an agent in my experience is can they offer competitive rates for you and the coverage needed, do they demonstrate they care about what matters to you, and are they available when you need them. Jeremiah has offered all of these with great consistency over the last 10+ years as our agent. Car accidents, home owners claims, financial guidance, he's helped us with it all. I've happily referred him to family and friends.

The expectation I have for my insurance agent is that 1) they are available when I need them, 2) has my bet interest at heart, and 3) is proactive in the service they provide. In the 5+ years I've had Jeremiah as my agent, he meets all of my expectations. Whether it is a fender-bender, buying a car out-of-state, low-mileage discount, garaging an old car, or just random questions, he is exactly what I expect my agent to be. I've been impressed numerous times with his team, and would not hesitate to recommend him to family or friends.

We always enjoy working with Jeremiah. Always eager to help in times of need. We've had to make two different claims and it was always nice to have him on our side. Several years ago we had roof damage, and thought it was all fixed, come to find the roofer did a bad job, Jeremiah fought for us to get the internal water damage fixed under the same claim which saved us a bunch of money and time.
