Ashley did great, after she got over the condition of my son's hair. Hygiene is a hardship sometimes for kids on the spectrum. She always does a great job, though.

She listens to you. She takes her time. Made me feel like I was special. I have had other stylists that did what they wanted not what I wanted but with Ashlee she cut my hair like I wanted

I asked Tiffany to blend a bad haircut in the back of my hair and she ended up cutting basically a bowl cut on top of my hair and had my layers around my face not blend with the rest of my hair. She said she was barely touching my hair but I saw her cut at least two inches off of some layers. She did not listen at all. I ended up having to go to another Salon to have them try to fix what she did and then cut off 3 inches because the layers around my face was that bad. I will never go to her Tiffany ever again. And now I have the worst haircut of my life. I would give a zero star if I could.

Malisha was fantastic (?) and patiently walked me through the various options until we both settled on my final look. She helped bring back my darker color in addition to a bit of lighter brown toner throughout. Malisha was also able to spot and fix a slight issue from my previous cut at a different salon. I could not be happier with my cut/color and my first experience at this Fantastic Sams!
