Love this pharmacy!It actually reminds me of my in-laws' little optometrist office and feels homey. I love the family feel you get when you walk through the door. I appreciate how helpful the staff always are.I will definitely continue going here.

They refused to fill a prescription for Ivermectin during Covid. They belligerently put lives at risk Now they pretend to be Patriots by joining PublicSq. They have lost all integrity. I am all for reconciliation when the pendulum swings, but not for infiltration. They should lose their license for getting between a doctor and his patient.

This is honestly one of the best If not, closest to the best pharmacy I've ever been to. Plus they are a small business which for me as a small business owner means a lot to support local. I can't even say enough about how compassionate their staff especially the pharmacists. They are very welcoming down to earth, wonderful Good people! Compared to corporate chains these guys are so much better. There's no comparison. Generally fairly fast. Really friendly. They actually really do seem like they care. Ultimately, they're there to help you make the best informed decisions by allowing you as an informed, responsible adult to decide what's best. They couldn't be more kinder and more respectful and very helpful to answer any questions. My wife and I are going to do our best to get all of our medications from this pharmacy. The customer service is excellent and I would recommend family plaza pharmacy to anyone looking for a good caring pharmacy! They really do and impeccable job supporting you and Your personal decisions to manage/treat your body with medications that you know benefit you long term. Thank you Family Plaza for taking care of my family, my wife and I. You guys always do it in a timely manner and make sure you get our prescriptions before we're out. 5 plus stars. They will even call our doctor when we're getting low on medication. Keep up the great work Family Plaza and we will continue coming

I've been using Family Plaza for the past year or so for my prescriptions. Everyone I've seen there has been friendly and I've never had issues with them not having my prescriptions in stock. I was previously using Walgreens, which was a nightmare of errors, out of stock prescriptions, and just generally unfriendly staff.I moved up to Salt Lake and still drive down to Family Plaza once a month to get my prescriptions because of their excellent service. Check these guys out for your prescriptions, you won't regret the swap.

I’ve always had a good experience with family plaza. I especially love that even though they are a smaller local pharmacy, the keep Saturday hours that allow me to get what I need on the weeks my life gets a little crazy and I can’t make the workdays pan out. Always a pleasure doing business with them. I had a situation where my insurance wasn't wanting to cover my medication unless i went through a Specialty Pharmacy and the staff here were able to get things to go through when the specialty pharmacy completely disappointed. Super grateful for all the years of service and care.

I have always been pleased with his pharmacy but recently just like the rest of the millennials they don’t care, and want to be done and out by the time they’re supposed to close. I had to drive 20 minutes to pharmacy, unlike other pharmacies that are open later. Today this wasted my gas, my time, I was racing to a wedding shower. I was there when they said to be there they still declined me!I have realized they are no longer the pharmacy I thought cared for their customers, did what they said! They used to be worth the drive, this pharmacy was worth it mainly for their kindness, & customer service which is now gone.They are closed at 1 o’clock on Saturday. I told them I would be there at 1:00. Truly the pharmacist said as long as you are there by 1:00 we can fill your prescription that is ready. She’s stressed that she needed to leave at 1:00, which you close at 1:00… This is the problem with the generation now!Well that did not happen today, it was a prescription that was needed for the weekend! Laurie who was the pharmacist obviously lacks greatly in understanding Customer Service. Then to leave a customer in Jeopardy or a bad situation which they did to me is egregious!Justin who usually is accommodating to the customers even suggested maybe I should find a pharmacist closer to my home.Maybe that is the case because what they did today I got there exactly at 12:59 as the clock changed to 1:00. I passed another man leaving the pharmacy, so no this was a Power trip/teaching you a lesson we are incharge! I will pick up my last prescription and I will never go back!!Laurie did not honor what she stated. Im sure between the time that the man passed me leaving the pharmacy and me walking into the pharmacy, they would’ve just started shutting down. They knew I was on my way and they knew I would be there by 1:00 and I was.To me this is a pharmacy that does not care about their customers, it shows the lack of understanding or caring… this is unprofessional and horrible service! I would start teaching these younger generations, millennials, that customers are important… or I would find other employees that understand the meaning of customer service and customers…When customers get there at the time stated you honor that even if it was 1 minute past… On top of leaving you in a state where you were not able to pick up your prescription to help you, you may become more sick over the weekend, it shows they have no caring or understanding. Its a form of power’If your pharmacy does not care, take your service elsewhere! I recommend all others do too!I would never use this pharmacy again because they hv they become like the rest! The millennials, younger people they want to leave at Time of closing because their life is more important than their job… They don’t understand at all what it means to take care of their customers especially when the customer did what was said!If you close at 1:00 it does not mean you leave at the time of. All they had to do was do what they said, if you’re here by 1:00, fill presc! I was there at 12:59, then I was declined my prescription! So to me that is horrible service.This Pharmacy used to have much better customer service, but it has slowly declined just like the rest. At least the other pharmacies are open till 8:00 or 10 o’clock so it’s accommodating to your schedule especially if you’re driving 20 minutes to the pharmacy !They do not know what it means to keep customers or offer customer service. So yes I will find a pharmacy closer to home I will not use this pharmacy again! I suggest if you have hours that are not accommodating to 1 o’clock on Saturdays or five to 6 o’clock on weekdays pick a different pharmacy . They used to be worth it, not anymore ! Today, I was appalled at the service and that made my mind up to leave this pharmacy ! They could’ve easily given me my prescription as Laurie stated as long as you’re here by 1:00 which I was. I will be taking my service elsewhere. I recommend everyone else does too!

This is my favorite pharmacy ever in my life. I have health problems for years and finally found thee best pharmacy. They are so kind and patient with me and truly care!! So grateful I found them!!! And bonus they deliver. Just amazing people there

I recently had knee replacement surgery at Jordan Valley Medical Center. We decided to use Family Plaza Pharmacy since it is in the same building.2 weeks later I needed 1 Rx refilled. They said they called my doctor to get authorization and said it would be done in a couple of hours and they would call me when ready. Never got the call so the next day I called the pharmacy and they had no record of my request. Called my Dr's office, they called the pharmacy and again nothing happened. 2nd call to the Dr's office and they again called the pharmacy, this time they said they got the authorization to refill the Rx. My wife drove to get it and they again had no record of it. So she stood there and waited while they checked and yes the message from my Dr was received but after 3 times it still was not filled. Meanwhile I'm out of meds. I don't know if they just don't care or are so busy they forget to act. Horrible and unacceptable experience. My regular pharmacy has never done this poorly..

Very unprofessional!!! Not only does the website say they are open and they are not for four days but their website excepted Covid 19 shots and set the appointment but they are not there for the app and you drive there only to find out they are closed!!!! We even received our confirmation email!!!! Very unpredictable and unprofessional!!
