Always clean and the employees are always friendly and ready to help! Only reason I gave 4stars is because the men's sauna never seems to be working! But other than that it's always a positive experience

I went in ONE time then cancelled it the day after they been charging my account for me not even going to this gym! When I told them over and over I wanted to cancel!!! Awful i have to pay when I did the trial and they told me I can cancel and I didn’t have to pay after that! I spoke to winter she wasn’t rude but not helpful

The gym is fine, but I pay a premium for the ability to have a guest. Don't bother me and my guest. Don't try and sell them a pass, when I'm already paying for a guest pass, it's reeks of greed, and ruins our experience

i came in today and the stopped me to tell me that my picture didn’t match my face, in the picture i had lashes on and my hair was curled, today i had no makeup on, hair pulled up with tight curls in the front, but you can tell that it is me. after confirming my birthday and my account they made me retake the photo and i looked ugly. i left 20 minutes after crying, they not only made me look bad but i felt made fun of for how i looked. i will probably cancel my membership.

Don't go here! Don't get locked into a contract that you'll get charged months after you've canceled and followed their rules to get canceled. These guys don't care, they will steal your money. Promise one thing then not do it. Record yourself and staff if you do sign up so you can hold them accountable. No one here will help you stop getting charges. Seriously just do honest business. If you agree to something, follow through. Not hard.

Eos just changed the age requirement for the kids care center to be ages 2 and up. This is very disappointing for the people with young children.

If are you thinking to take a membership here don't do it... I canceled my membership last November and they charged me, January, February, March, April and this month, and every time when I call them they don't bring me any solutions, Kale it's the guy I called the last 2 times, he talked me same thing, customer service gonna contacting to you and they never call me back, they all ready charge $140 extra since I'm all ready cancel my membership, DON'T TAKE A MEMBERSHIP HERE, Believe me you will have a bad times... take a VASA or Planet fitness membership

i LOVE this gym and have continued an awesome weight loss journey 5 nights a week here! My husband also comes with me. If it were just me you would have 5 stars but my hubby however is a different story. After our workout we like to sit in the sauna. Mine is very enjoyable but his is BROKEN 6 OUT OF THE 7 DAYS EVERY FREAKING WEEK! He really wants to switch gyms because of this! Please please please get the men’s sauna situation under control so we both can give u guys 5 stars. It gets fixed and is good for one day then broken the next 6. This has gone on for several months please I really do LOVE THIS GYM! Thanks ?

I was at this location when it first opened and I have always been very impressed with the cleanliness, amenities, and staff. There's no shortage of what is needed to get a great workout in and the team that keeps this facility going is TOP NOTCH!

I’ve been coming to this location since September 2023. Every time I walk in I feel very welcomed and relaxed. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful! I’ve never been one to go to the gym very often, however, since I started going to EōS in West Jordan, I now go every day. I see a personal trainer every week (Tanner) he is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I love working with him. I’ve recently decided to join the military and he immediately changed my workout plan to help get me in shape and ready. He is very friendly and answers all of my questions. I am constantly referring people to him. Absolutely adore that man! Thank you so much, Tanner for making me feel like I can accomplish anything. Erik (manager) is always helpful and willing to answer questions. He has made me feel at home and because of the environment he has made there, I look forward to going to the gym every day! Thank you so much!!?
