Took my vehicle to have tires rotated, i specifically asked that someone clean drive my car as it's a lease and it goes back in 3 weeks, next thing i see is this filthy guy driving my car out the bay, it's being frustrating when your interior is light and you guys don't put covers on, i requested it before hand because you've turned in my car dirty before on the inside. You've also scratched my log nuts, i requested them put on a rag, and they didn't do it. I'm not coming back. I pay for the service, why can't you listen to your customer's needs, I didn't ask for something that's not doable.

The best tire shop in the world!!
I was in and out within 25 min and no questions asked. Big o was a different story I took my work truck in and the guy said the only time that isn’t busy was early morning. Then proceeded to tell me the wait was 1 hr and 30 min then my truck could be worked on and was quoted 30 to 45 mins a tire. So looking at 2hrs and 30 min + wait.
I will be a discount customer for life!!!!!

Pretty annoying experience here. Brought in my car with rims I had already bought elsewhere, they were the right size rims but needed some specific bolts to make them work. The guy I worked with was knowledgeable but still steered me in the wrong direction a few times, and even after having them write down "EXACTLY" what I needed to buy. The bolts were the wrong size when I came back again. I finally got the right bolts and they got it done. But they changed me nearly 300$ for labor? I bought 4 70$ tires = 240$. I ended up paying 510$ after tax. Labor for what? Putting the tires on and then not being able to get my spacers working after sending me home 5 times with the wrong information in order to make them work? Not to mention, they broke my tire pressure sensors. They worked before they handled my car, and now do not. I told them this after I came back, they claimed to have "reset them" and they are still showing I have low air pressure no matter what. My alignment is now off as well. Id feel comfortable blaming the new rim size but.... THEY DONT DO ANY ALLIGNMENTS HERE. So they sell, rims, tires that could possibly throw your alignment off, but dont do alignments to adjust after selling you new rims and tires? So now I have to go pay another place 100-150$ for an alignment. So back to my point. What was this 260$ worth of labor? Putting the tires on my rims? RIP OFF. Never coming back to a Discount Tire. Useless shop. Go to Walmart tire center. Cheaper and they do alignments and dont charge you more than you paid for your tires in labor.

Good service and priced in line with other shops. Four tires for $722 plus just over $300 for road hazard and labor. Out the door for $1038.98. I didn't know about the extra $300 when I walked in.
Normally, I go to Wal-Mart, but they changed their policy to where tires could not be shipped to the store. Walmart service is nowhere near Discount Tire, but saving $400 makes up for it.
All in all, Im happy with Discount. I'll shop around more next time and maybe save a few hundred, but I can't fault their team. They did good work.

Just removed a five-star rating.
After going to Discount exclusively for over 20 plus years, Steve W. Decided to gouge me for $60 on a tire rotation. Sucks for him, because I was going to talk to them about $1,000 + for extra wheels for a winter set of tires. He just sent a lot of money out the door for trying to screw me over.

This place doesn't know how to properly torque lug nuts. I just tried to remove a tire they worked on and I was honestly scared I was going to brake every stud. A 1996 Land Cruiser lug nut torque spec is 80 ft lbs, and these must have been torqued to at least 150 ft lbs, probably more. Not to mention lately their overall service has gone way downhill. Every time my wife goes in they try to upsell her. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Discount cares about their customers. I appreciate Javen helping me out with a tire situation I had with the warranty etc. (at a West Jordan, Utah location). Their company is very responsive and I appreciate they are willing to listen to any concerns. Thank you!!!

Came in with my little sister because we usually buy my tires here, there was a miscommunication between myself and a rep here, turned into something that we were expecting. I do admit I came in a little upset because of how it was percived on my end. Javen King, thank you for being professional, explaining things to get a better understanding and making things right. Will visit this location from now on, thank you Javen.
