Not well put together. Hearing a lot of "Uhh, I don't know" and "Check another CVS" answers to other people. They can look up some people under their employer for insurance, but not me. When I actually got the covid shot I waited for the pharmacist caused bleeding with the injection.First pharmacist was rifht, go somewhere else.

This is the CVS I always go to. The pharmacists are always nice! The other day I went in and there was something weird that happening with my Photo Order but AUSTIN was super helpful and he helped me figure it out and everything worked out just fine. Thank you AUSTIN!!!!!! Managers give him a raise or a shout out or half day paid or something. He went above and beyond for me.

I don't normally leave reviews, but I'm really disturbed by what has happened to me recently. I get high dose migraine meds and Phentermine as prescribed by my pcp and I don't know what happened but I paid over 200 bucks for my migraine meds and when I went to go grab one noticed that the boxes were half filled even though it states they gave me the full amount on the receipts. The same with my Phentermine...bottle says it contained 30 pills but only had 15. I don't want to accuse anyone of stealing medication...but I'm really concerned that I'm not getting what I'm paying for and that my meds are being taken by the staff.

Refused to give vaccine without an appointment. Last time I made a vaccine appointment, I sat there for 45 minutes past my appointment time.

This pharmacy has amazing hospitality, I know that they are short staffed every now and then, but people can be rude get impatient or complain while waiting in the line honking your horn, being rude to the pharmacist or the pharmacist's team is not cool, it's not the pharmacist fault so say your doctor doesn't call the prescription in thats not the pharmacy's fault they can't do anything about it so why take it out on them?! They should not have your frustration or impatience taken out on them, they are all just doing their jobs or trying to just like all of us out here. There have been many times where it's only been (Annette pharmacist) and (Zack the pharmacy tech) they still make sure my prescriptions are filled on time, they are always so kind to me when I come, both just awesome people and super nice, if you treat people nicely and don't get so impatient or take situations out on them that they have no control over. I'm sure they'll be more helpful and be able to do their job better, let's face it we all need some kind of medication why not just try to be patient let them do their jobs?! Annette is there every day she always treats me with respect, she's fast to fill my prescriptions, very personable, Zach is the same way, they do whatever they can to make sure you get your medication on time, they do not look down on you for any type of medication that you're needing just awesome people!! I just wanted to shout out to Annette, Zack and the other pharmacy tech that's name I cannot remember, but he's awesome too. I will always continue to get my prescriptions through this pharmacy, for as long as I need medication's they are my one stop shop. I don't care if there's a long line and I have to wait because I know that Annette and Zack really do their best to make sure every customer is satisfied. I know that a lot of the time it's just them in the back, so please treat them nice, we are all out here just trying to do our best and make it through life! you'll get better responses from people if you treat them with respect, especially when they are doing some thing for you that you need!! Thank you Annette, Zach and other pharmacy tech!! You are all awesome!!

Don't shop here unless you want your money stolen. I went in to this location to by a gift card. They don't have any one to ring you up, you have to ring your self up. I rang up the gift card and after running my payment the register locked up and stopped working. A employee called up another employee by the name of Jen, at lest that's what it said on her name bage. She said she had to reset the register. They charged my debit card and took the money out of my account, but the gift card was never activated. Jen told me I had to call the customer service department that they couldn't refund me or activate a card unless I paid for it again. I called the service line and they said they wouldn't help me. I had to file a fraud on my card and with visa. Stay away from here.

This CVS location has the worst service! The pharmacist needs to learn some manners while answering the phone and speaking to people in person. She is extremely rude. We all understand there is a staffing shortage for the last few years. It takes 2 seconds to kindly say "you may want to turn your car off becuase we are very busy or please come inside because it may be a while" instead, they will let you sit for 30+ mins at the drive thru with no other cars and not say a word. And anytime you call the pharmacy to check on your prescription she will pick the phone up after being on hold for 20+ mins and say "we are busy and understaffed so you'll need to hold" and puts you on an immediate hold. No answering and nicely announcing that you have reached cvs pharmacy and please give them a minute because they are short staffed. She is just cut and dry, rude! I have put up with this ignorant service from her on at least 5 occasions over the last 6 moths so this has been ongoing for a while. And I'm finally upset enough to leave a review. I have transferred all of my family's prescriptions down the street to the next closest location and they are also understaffed just like the rest of the world but the pharmacist there is extremely kind. It takes little effort to be a nice person. You are not the only understaffed and stressed out employee in this field or this country so can someone please teach her some manners?

I have never left a review, I am a major people pleaser and I don't like confrontation. However, my experience with this pharmacy has been so incredibly frustrating and absolutely ridiculous. I have used CVS for over a decade, and have not had as many issues in 10 years as I have with this CVS in 2 months. I typically use the app to refill my prescriptions, and rarely have any problems. With this location, every time I request a refill on the app, it sits for days saying "in process". Every time, I have to call to tell them I need it refilled, and then magically they are able to get it filled that day. When calling this location, I have to sit on hold for 20 minutes or more. I have to call multiple times to get them to answer. I understand that most places are understaffed right now, but every time I have gone in person, the few people that are there have been standing around talking to each other, and even flirting. The final thing that made me leave this review was today when I called to refill an incredibly important prescription. I requested a refill 3 days ago, and it has said "in process" since then, as usual. I called twice, and when someone finally answered, I told her that I needed the prescription refilled, and she very tersely told me that it was in process. In a kind voice (again, I am a people pleaser) I said, "Ok I was just calling to make sure because I requested a refill on the 7th", and before I even finished my sentence, she cut me off and said in an incredibly rude tone, "Ok yeah fine we got it, we'll get it filled" and promptly hung up on me. I would not recommend this location to anyone. They are rude, inconsistent, and are unable to get their customers the medications they need without a fight. I am by no means a Karen, I have never left a review, I have never asked for a manager, I have never sent a dish back at a restaurant, even when it was wrong or undercooked. To be honest, sometimes I feel like I have cooked spaghetti for a spine. But my experience with this pharmacy has been so frustrating, especially since many of my medications are extremely vital to my health and everyday functioning.

they don't answer their phone. I was on hold for 1 hour 25 minutes to speak to a human. go to the Walgreens across the street. at least they answer their phone.

Annette in the pharmacy is amazing. She really went out of her way to help me today, when the pharmacy was understaffed, and running behind. It really meant a lot that she actually listened, and was willing to help address the issue quickly and professionally She is wonderful and CVS needs to hire more employees like Annette and give her a big fat raise.
