If I could do a zero I would. Several issues back to back where I just no longer can do business here. When any issue or concerns are voiced your pushed off to several different people. This was not just a one time thing. Several times over the year. The manager then will give you a number to call as apposed to solving any concerns you may have. You then spend 2 days on the phone to get anything resolved.
Every person gives me a different answer so does the customer care that they ask you to call.. They create a problem of distrust which shows up in how they handle things over and over again. I need to trust my financial group. I can no longer trust this branch. Constant difference answers that just cause more confusion and frustration
I have had several issues with card issues, loan info, currency, and just general needs that any bank should be able to give. The bankers are belittling and uncaring. They want you out of the office as soon as possible.
Honestly I have never been treated so poorly from a company that’s a client based organization.
If you need anything more than just a deposit and use of a debit card this is not the branch for you.

Bank is terrible, tried putting me and wife’s irs refund into account and they shut it down. Never bank with chase its absolute hell.

Had a fine experience here. Just came to get some checks printed. This location has a super strange set up inside though. When I first walked in, I almost thought they didn't have tellers. It's just a big wall straight ahead with a self service kiosk and a table. Turns out the tellers are to the right kinda shoved in the corner, and there are only two of them (which severely limits the amount of people that can be helped at once). It's like they were going for a "cool" modern feel to the building, but ultimately it just comes across to me as a bunch of empty space. I'm not a huge fan of all of it Though all the employees were super friendly and as I was standing in line, someone came over to ask how they could help me, and they were able to help which was nice.

Came to open an account, lady at first desk on the right said we couldn’t cause they close soon (LAZY) and they were all booked for Saturday. What a joke of staff, glad I took my money back to MACU.

The teller, Danielle graciously agreed to help me with my name change process on all my chase accounts despite it being a busy Saturday at the bank. Thank you for all your help! I will definitely be back at this branch for my banking needs.

I have been a customer since 1977 and have been very happy with the service. They have wonderful staff that takes the time to listen and help you fulfill your needs. I recommend them to everyone.
