Sad folks. No merchandise and prices off the roof. They hire children with no good sense as to what things cost. Forget the attitude, I can talk to cowardly apprehensive personalities. What worries me is business.

Be aware!!! 3/10 l/23 Came in today to look at a gaming laptop, the larger gentleman with a beard was incredibly manipulative and shady, it’s a good thing I knew about computers and he did not. The 3 almost four year old MSI laptop they have for sale has its gtx1650 removed, the factory seal is broke so whoever pawned it really screwed cash america. Instead of accepting this information the clerk (larger bearded guy with a hat) tried to manipulate and belittle me into thinking it’s a good deal lol. They have the price at 300… it’s a decent deal if the most important and expensive component was still there. . He knows NOTHING about computers and instead of letting me speak with a manger or listening to someone who knows more than him.. he told me to leave and wants to sell the shell of a pc to some poor soul. The clerk is telling people the five Year old laptop is 1400 at Best Buy…. It’s not.. don’t be fooled by his brash ignorance.

I went here to pawn something they initially offered me 250$ I left to take care of a appointment I had and returned 45 minutes later and they offer dropped to 125$.

This place is known for replacing diamonds out of jewelry and rings myself and others I have come across have had there stones replaced with fakes and then when you return to pawn they say they entered the diamonds wrong in their system total con artists stay away from this location

Worse place to do business. They sold my gold chain and I didn’t even know it was late! Manager was rude and said there was absolutely nothing he could do cause it was already sold. I will never do business with this location again. Bad management

It was clean and brightly lit. Employees looked trustworthy. I got more for my product than i thought i would. A cpl signatures and finger print and it was done. I will go there again if i need to.

I took my ring here and when I went back to get it the manager told me that he couldn't find it. I went into the store to speak with the manager and he tells me that a employee took a bunch of jewelry and that they aren't sure who it was. I never got my ring back. I am never trusting these type of places again.

These guys wanted to give me way less than other pawn shops for a laptop I wanted to sell. They said they bought a laptop brand new for $40, they either wanted to fool me or they fooled somebody else for $40

Bought a few things from this location and never had a problem. Gun prices are high so I will dock one star. Employees good about negotiating on prices and very helpful. Do not know anything about the pawning side as I have never done that only bought.
