This burlington is normally very nice, but my experience today was horrible. To start off the line was long ( as usual) they only had 1 cashier. The managers kept standing by the door and looking over. Normally you would think they would stand near the door because of a shop lifter. No. They were just standing there talking. Honestly they should be fired. I hate how company's hire the worst managers. Second off I saw one of the managers asking a CHILD for a "valid form of ID". He was purchasing clothing. The fact that they are asking CHILDREN for forms of ID make me never want to even come into this store again. The floor was dirty and all the isles were messy like if no one has ever cleaned them. The cashiers were probably the best part of this experience. They were very kind and sweet and I hope they get a better job because it's clear these "managers" don't care about their employees. I would not recomend shopping here and especially working here.

I worked there during the Christmas season. I actually really liked working there. My coworkers were nice and some of the management was nice as well. But for the past two weeks I wasn’t scheduled to work at all and I didn’t understand why. I even called once and they said that it could be they are just giving me a break. Then I checked the schedule today and it says I was terminated. I didn’t get a call or anything letting me know. Which is absolutely ridiculous and so unprofessional. If they are going to let people go they need to let them know and explain to them why.

First off this store is usually cleaner then the others and some what organized. Today there was shoes everywhere. In the makeup every single eyeshadow pallet was broken. I picked each one up and didn't find any that was not broken. You can tell they also have a theft issue empty packages everywhere. When we went to checkout the line was long waited 15 minutes with only 3 cashiers mind you this is after the holiday. Where you wait in line was a complete disaster. We had a gift card because my husband had gotten it for a broken shaver. It had $26.80 on it we had checked the amount when we got it. We used then also used debit because we spent more then that when we were in the car I looked at the receipt because the math wasn't adding up and noticed that the cashier had only put the gift card as $16.80 exactly 10 dollars less. We went back to the store to tell them what happened that's when they started making excuses like the rest went back to the burlington credit card when explained that no it didn't. They then blamed the west valley location saying they didn't put the whole amount on. I checked it after we left that location and the whole $26.80 was on it the manager continued on making excuses blaming everyone else including us not taking any kind responsibility. The manager was rude and should not even work in customer service they don't know how to treat customers and basically saying we were lying. They stole exactly $10 from us and treated us horrible. I've never had any issues at any other of the locations. And from the other reviews as of recently I'm not the only one that the manager was rude to and looks like the own doesn't even care just using the same response to every customer.

I went in with a few items that were gifts that I did not have the reciept for as they were gifts. I asked to exchange. I was told no i could not exchange with a picture ID. I was told they would lose money doing that. Which makes absolutely no sense as I was just doing an exhange not a cash return. I called Riverton and was told that is not true. They can do an exchange with an ID. I don't like how I was treated and why there is such a disconnect between store policies.

It's a cheap place to get gifts and clothes. Sometimes messy but overall a great experience.

Standing in line 10 minutes before closing, and at closing they just shut down the store. The manager was busy not helping at the registers, and only 2 were being used.At midnight he told everyone to leave the store, and that they will not run anymore transactions. Probably 15 people in line wanting to spend money.As someone who has spent time in retail, that was the worst way of handling a non-situation I've ever seenEdit after owner response: owner clearly does not understand the root of the problem. My complaint is not about waiting in line, that is expected during the holiday.

Waited at the registers for 10 minutes BEFORE closing. At midnight they kicked us out with 15 other groups who were waiting at the registers. Would not allow us to purchase, even though we were in line BEFORE closing! Horrible customer service. It is not our fault the cashier's were slow in scanning products. The line may have moved faster if the manager had been helping at the registers instead of standing there yelling over the crowd to "GET TO THE REGISTERS"
