I just went to Burlington, I had a job interview, I could say that I understand enough English, my application didn't say if my interview was in English or not. The person who did my interview just by seeing me did not want to do it, I feel that he was very unpleasant and racist towards me for being Hispanic which does not seem coherent to me considering that the majority of his clients are Hispanic and no one can say otherwise. (I note that to pay at the cash register the register says in Spanish and English) so I don't understand why they don't hire people in Spanish too, in short, terrible experience.

I do have the receipt. I am returning the item and she say our system update. We can’t refund your original payment refund you Store credit she was very rude. She can you can go other store where you purchased from we cannot process your return I don’t know why she not able to return, she very rude someone need to be trained her

The way I heard management yelling at employees right out in the open was so unprofessional. Y’all don’t pay these kids enough to be treating them this way. Treat your employees with some respect and maybe they’ll care to do better at their job. Heard both a woman yelling at a young girl in the back of the store near the fitting rooms, then some overweight bozo with gloves on yelling at the guy cleaning the floors for getting in his way, then walks straight to the the cashiers and starts yelling about where shoes are supposed to go right in front of everyone in line. How about you quit distracting these kids and let them do their job. I will never be back to this location. Get it together, management. What an absolute embarrassment.

This morning I went to the Burlington store at West Jordan, I picked up a shirt and proceeded to the area where you can try on the clothing, after trying it on the shirt it didn’t fit to my liking, so left the shirt in the change room, and proceeded to the front of the store, then I heard a lady calling out to me loud sir this shirt , so I asked the store associate which is the same person who called me out what is wrong ? She said it seems like you might have tampered with the tag on this shirt and you might have something on you ,So I asked her mam can you please show me the tag in which she did, upon checking the shirt tag she said sir I’m sorry that I thought you tampered with the tag I didn’t look properly at the tag.by then I felt humiliated, discriminated , singled out and insulated because I’m of another ethnic group.. I will never be shopping at Burlington.. please look at the photos of the alleged tampered tags in the photos

This burlington is normally very nice, but my experience today was horrible. To start off the line was long ( as usual) they only had 1 cashier. The managers kept standing by the door and looking over. Normally you would think they would stand near the door because of a shop lifter. No. They were just standing there talking. Honestly they should be fired. I hate how company's hire the worst managers. Second off I saw one of the managers asking a CHILD for a "valid form of ID". He was purchasing clothing. The fact that they are asking CHILDREN for forms of ID make me never want to even come into this store again. The floor was dirty and all the isles were messy like if no one has ever cleaned them. The cashiers were probably the best part of this experience. They were very kind and sweet and I hope they get a better job because it's clear these "managers" don't care about their employees. I would not recomend shopping here and especially working here.
