A driver driving a company vehicle needs to realize they are representing their employers. One of their trucks and trailers being driven today on 7800 south going west sped through a 20 mph school zone. That is a very active school zone and the lack of concern was evident as they drove. Also, they were in the left lane and hugging the right lane, making their trailer come into the right hand lane. Please do better!

Our courier was loaded with the wrong color trex and we were unable to get the 20' boards back to exchange them for the right color. After some convincing, the manager Troy(?) was able to get the right stuff brought to our job. Not the best experience but they made it right.

Please drivers don't stock the baseboard on the top of the 1x12 we need to remove each time because we always use the 1x12 first

Soooo disappointed in your drivers!!!! Tonight I experienced one of your trucks weaving all through lanes of traffic! A big flatbed truck! They are going to injure someone!!!! Cut many people off and 2 feet away from bumpers. Very disappointing that you have someone representing your company in such a dangerous way!!! This isn’t the first bad driver review!!

Had to call ahead for service because the showroom is closed. But I knew what I wanted and they came out and were prompt. I wpuld shop here again. I bought house siding.

Wonderful. People are kind and helpful. Products are of better quality than general hardware stores. It's a little further for us to get there but I think it is worth it.2 days later, we realized how bad the 2x12x16 board were. All if them have some really questionable cracks. One of them in particular actually split as we were cutting the stringer out of it. I would return all of them if not because thelumber were so heavy and so much work involved. Although they were very kind as to allow a return, it cost us a lot of time having to hook up the trailer and the trip back & forth. Although I like a lot of things about BMC West, it does not offer customers to pick their own lumber. I think they should at least offer customers to examine the lumber before they bundle them up and load on the trailer. I hope they would consider this option.

Very difficult to get people to respond to emails and existing work orders. I'm going on almost 2 months without hearing anything despite trying to contact them.

I ended up purchasing at BMC after having a bad experience at Burton Lumber. They were very helpful and friendly. It was a quick transaction with no problems. Forklift driver was very nice and competent. Will purchase from again.

What a joke... I researched interior doors on their website and called to order, the sales rep said they can’t look up their own doors from the supply numbers that they have listed online. I assumed a large building material supplier would have a good system in place, I was wrong... Apparently the only way they can accurately order the doors I want would be for me to come do it in person. Unfortunately they close at 5 so I’d have to miss work multiple times just to order and pick up doors. Guess I’m stuck with Home Depot.
