I have never been treated like this in public.bought a phone on line free activation customer service said go to mobile store to activate went to this one on 7800 south redwood road walked in and went to counter two Mexican guys walked in and got in front of me I was told I would have to wait I asked why she said my boys come first then when I finally got her attention was told it was 200 dollar activation fee cash only. I was trying to explain I hard customer service on the phone phone then she said you don't speak spanish get out or I am calling the cops told her this is america we speak english and she did the short overweight monster told her to call the boys back to "deal with me.never been treated like this thought I was Ina movie.so if you go to this store you better be Mexican or your getting the cops called on you

I went to boost mobile and switched my service from Metro PCs and they said the phone was new and no one used this phone come to find out this phone has been hacked and used by someone else which has had access to all my information. This place sucks and will never come back

I'm Mario and I recommend this location at 7800 south west Jordan. We went last Wednesday, Adonis the sales representative is very friendly, charismatic and helped us with what we were looking for. Let's hope they don't move it to another store since they change all the time.... in general the service was very good, if you have the opportunity and are looking for something go to them.... ???
