We just needed a cubic yard of rocks for putting around the planter beds in our garden. The site was easy to navigate and when I called the offices to inquire about delivery, costs, and dates it was easy to get a hold of someone and organize everything.
Delivery was done 2 days later and the guy that delivered it was able to navigate a low hanging tree and get it placed perfectly on the side of our driveway.
Everything was easy and quick from browsing the website to the final delivery and the rocks look great.

Buyer beware. These guys do not know how to load trailers and do not care about your property. We got the wrong weight told to us per cubic yard. The driver loading the rocks, obviously didnt know what he was doing, and loaded it all on one side. Once the damage was done they offered to unload the rock so we can weld it to move. They ended up just tipping the entire trailer over, damaging the entire rear end to unload. Not to mention, they damaged the side rail probably backing into it due to lack of spacial awareness. How does this happen? I’d say bad management and lack of knowledge in the entire operation. They denied everything. Proof is in the pictures. I would not use these guys. All nice till they mess up! Then it’s your fault…

Really helpful staff, but today I had the worst experience with predatory towing. There are signs around the lot, but if you walk across the street your car will get towed immediately. I had to pay 300$ to get my car back. Just be careful with parking here.

Great company to work with! Hayden helped us out as much as he possibly could and was willing to help us with our issues.On to the issues. The grass was full and green when it arrived, but so were all the weeds that infested every single strip of sod we laid. Its been a non-stop battle to keep the crabgrass/watergrass at bay. I honestly wish we would have had a better quality sod delivered at this point.Nothing against Biograss, but the product was just not good at all for the price we paid, and left me expecting more.

Had a great experience. Sod was dropped off right at the set window. The sod was in excellent condition. They were easy to deal with and we were able to schedule quickly. The grass looks beautiful. Highly recommend.

We ordered our sod very early in the season, had our old sod torn out with a skid steer, brought in new top soil.. all for nothing. The new sod delivered was yellow. The driver explained it was from last year and was still coming out of dormancy, that's why it was yellow and so thin. 1 of the pallets was decent, the other two most of the pieces looked like scraps, all full of holes, falling apart. We dealt with it. Once the lawn finally started to green up we just had a bunch of dead spots. We kept watering twice a day for a couple months and eventually the dead spots just filled in with weeds.. and the weeds started to spread. And now my lawn looks just about as bad as it did before I started.

Very satisfied with my experience at Biograss. After receiving some sod that was not so great, Hayden and the whole team at Biograss went above and beyond to replace my original purchase with much better quality sod. They do have beautiful sod and I would recommend buying your sod from them. They take care of their customers.

Sod looked great when installed 3 weeks ago. After a week, saw lots of a different grass growing faster than the bluegrass. Turns out it is crabgrass! I never had crabgrass anywhere before so I'm sure it came with the sod. Our landscaper contacted them and was told they have no liability since they have no control over soil under the sod. Very disappointing as most treatments are not suitable for new sod. If you see me crawling around on the grass pulling out selected stalks, I'd be happy to share samples.

Front people were nice and knowledgeable. Buying process was a super easy. Got the sod I needed. Great quality too.

Sod was amazing only issue I had was when I called to let them know they shorted me 20 rolls they made me pay when I shouldn't have since I wasn't given what I ordered in the first place

I got 1,200 sq. ft. of sod today. It came when they said it would. The lady that took the call was very impressive. The delivery man with the sod was great. This is the best sod I have ever seen delivered. I will be getting another 1,000 sq. ft. in a month- I will only go to bio grass for it. They really are that good. Jay Nielsen, Sandy, Utah

Super disappointed don’t come here if you’re Hispanic after waiting for 15 minutes they attended all the white folks and never ask me if I need help with anything.
