Their store is very clean and well organized. The gentleman that they had working today in the furniture department was very experienced and very knowledgeable about all of the products. He even helped us get our large furniture item into our vehicle. This is a great location!

I really like the store manager, Micheal! He is the greatest. He is pleasant, kind and nice. I had a receipt issue, and he took care of it very quickly and pleasant. I will make this my Big Lot storel
