This is my third maybe fourth visit to big dog pawn it is always a friendly environment. Today I got helped out by Nick, Gavin, and Danniel. They were so patient and gave me a great offer for the items I brought in.

Listen, I’ve been going to this pawnshop for probably over 20 years. They have helped me pay my bills put food in my belly When I lost my job. There’s a guy there named Cam And honestly, that dude is so cool. I know he’s gonna do great things in the world. He’s the reason why I would ever go back. But. There are two employees there that are just inconsiderate and sort of disrespectful and dismissive. I think one of the gentlemen is wearing glasses. He’s a younger kid, but I don’t know why he’s giving me dirty looks and kind of being a Butthead. And there’s also a blonde lady there she’s relevantly nice but very dismissive and part of me feels like she’s judgmental. So honestly, dude. I’m probably not gonna ever do business with them again because of those two people. But hey man, Cam is the man!! If you need something, and you need somebody to be respectful and considerate and understanding for your situation and not treat you like your Some loser Talk to Cam oh, by the way, big dog, give him a raise. And hire nicer people Like I get it, they’re constantly dealing with people, but There’s something called common decency And those two lack it. Other than that, it’s a pretty reliable pawn shop. But I don’t think I’m gonna bring my service there like ever again.

Trent and Jordan were phenomenal today! I went with a friend who sometimes struggles with making decisions. Trent exercised great patience and willingness to assist and interact with us. He made us feel welcome and appreciated our questions. Jordan was awesome in showing me the different designer purses that were on display. We will definitely be back again to shop!
