This store is the worst. Best Buy is infamous for having tons of employees on the floor who never look busy and yet can't be bothered to actually engage with a customer. You also are not "allowed" to contact a local store directly, but instead have to wait on an interminable hold to have someone finally pick up and not be able to answer your question. I only gave two stars because I have used the car stereo installation department for years and trust them; but maybe it's time for us to part ways.
Find another company that actually values customer service. Best Buy thinks they have a corner on the electronics market, and thereby can behave as badly as they want - let's show them otherwise.

i bought a tv and the salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. he was able to answer all my questions. i was in and out of the store with the item i wanted in about 20 minutes... i will continue to shop with best buy...
Had lost a ear bud and it got smashed. Best buy black tie warrantied it and replaced them. So happy with the black tie.
