Found what we wanted and quickly. Like other reviews say, has an expensive service fee (in comparison with cost of watch battery and time for replacing the battery: literally two minutes). Good tech quality but low energy people working there. Did not tell us there was a service fee so, ask before you commit. Great location.

I was directed here by my T-Mobile protection plan when I dropped my cell phone and cracked the screen. What a pleasant surprise! The staff were knowledgeable, polite and they fixed my screen faster than they anticipated. Thanks, Batteries+!!

I went to this store at 5:45 pm on Saturday. My gps says they are open until 7 pm . The sign in the store window had the word OPEN in large letters and the times given underneath the “OPEN” also gave 7 pm as the closing time. Yet when I tried the door it was locked and no lights were on. Another potential customer came to the door of the store tried the door and couldn’t get in either.
If you have an emergency and need to lock up and leave please leave a note letting us know what’s going on. That way we’ll know your absenteeism isn’t standard operating behavior.

Very bad experience, supposedly the person who was there said that I would be marked when my phone was ready and it just wasn't like that, I stayed my cell phone a whole day and without a password I went to the store as they close at 7 and it was already closed.

Gabi and Kandice were awesome! Kandice told me to give it about an hour for my phone screen to be fixed, but did it in about 30 minutes! It was a great experience, and she's extremely efficient.

If you ever have a problem, their policy is to leave your battery with them for 24hrs so they can "test" it. I'm not sure how they expect you to be without your primary transportation for a day. I worked with a shop in Mississippi and had to buy a replacement to use while my very expensive battery was tested.
This battery had left me stranded eight times (had to use a jump starter) so I know the battery is no good. The store manager informed me that he tried to honor the warranty and was told not to by the company because it " tested good".
I will never buy from them again! Just the testing takes time and effort that I don't care to put myself through. Now that they refuse to warrant the battery, I'm left without options...never again!

Absolutely terrible customer service, Person behind the counter had 0 knowledge on batteries. I asked if the battery was a maintenance free battery and she mistook it as they would not maintain my battery for “free”. Trainer “manager” was on hisPersonal cellphone instead of working an empty store counter with one customer in the store. He assumed I was being aggressive when I asked the female behind the counter does she know what a maintenance battery free battery is. Absolutely would not recommend to anyone that needs a specific battery for their power’s ports toys

I was trying to get some information from the associate I talked 2 on the phone and he was pretty rude. I asked him for the battery that he had on file for a motorcycle and he wanted the specific model. I told him and he said it wasn't listed. I asked him what the price was for the batteries that he had listed for my motorcycle type. And he got all rude with me and told me to go look on my bike. I'm not even by my bike and then he hung up on me. I wouldn't go to this store at all.

Google Maps and their phone message says they're open till 7, but they're signed on the doors as they close. At 5 PM every night they really need to tell somebody before people drive out of their way to get here. Other cars were pulling up the same time I was.
