I came in a couple days ago for an oil change. I mentioned that I would be going on a road trip to California. Your whole crew went above and beyond to make sure I would travel safely and comfortably. I can't remember names but the older gentleman with the salt and pepper goatee (I'm sure he's younger than me!), the young kid eating his sandwich, and the guy with the sleeve tattoos were so kind and so thorough. They caught my bad brake light, they cleaned up my cabin filter ( and showed me how to change it myself if I wanted to later).Those guys know their stuff! I will forever come to Bateman for all my auto stuff! Thanks you guys :-)

I get my coping from Bates and also I wash my car at Bates. My car only cost about six dollars or less and propane for two canisters $32 with tax.

Five guys standing out in front all smoking and none want to help you, is just such a great look for a company. Eventually one of them used common sense and acknowledged me after realizing they are in fact at work.

Hate leaving bad reviews but I Just paid $117 with $5 off coupon for full service oil change. If you care about the little things (washer fluid, tire pressure check etc) maybe go somewhere else. They didn't fill my windshield fluid (receipt says added or completed). I noticed after getting on the freeway for a 10 hour road trip.... I had no fluid. Partly why I got an oil change that day was to check tires, fill fluid etc. bc I wanted my car safe and ready for long road trip. So frustrating. I checked my tires pressure sensors on my dash and they were all different. They have skipped tire pressure checks in the past on other vehicles too.

We have gone to Bateman for years. We love their service and the ability to get stickers same day. Today we had a problem and Tina was so great and happy to help us over the phone. We really appreciate her and your staff for being able to help us out in a bind. We totally recommend this business and will continue to refer others to go here. Thank you!!!!
