I will never go to this autozone ever again after my experience. I called the store asking if they had these items that I was shopping for, and I know for a fact that they have those items because I know that Honda parts are very Easy to get at any AutoZone. The guy answered the phone, which was the manager. Was very rude, and he didn’t seem to be interested in helping me find the parts. He just says yeah we don’t have them and that’s all and I asked him if he could at least order them for me. He rejected my request. So then I said “ok That’s fine, I’ll just order it on your website anyway. Through your store” So then I went online and online they do have the parts and I ordered them. They both said that the order was complete and they were both processed to where I can go pick them. As I’ve arrived, I gave them the order confirmation number and the guy manager Josh. Said that He canceled the order because supposedly they didn’t have the part When I highly doubt that because it did say that it was to and has arrived at the store for me to pick it up. He just didn’t like the fact that I am a female and that he knew for a fact I can order online, but he was too Lazy to help me order himself online. He also didn’t know what type of part I was even talking about when I first called. I think if you have people working at your store, they should at least have experience within parts. And it didn’t seem like he even knew what he was talking about at all yet he’s the manager and he was just very rude and unprofessional. PS
When I called Autozone The Customer service Helpline, they said that the order was already made And there at the store. But however, the manager lied and said that he canceled the items because they didn’t have them. So I did the favor because I don’t wanna have to go through the hassle of the Josh guy lieing to me AGAIN AND NOT ABLE TO GET MY ORDER. I took it for me to get my money back. Because the customer service did say it did arrive to the store and it is at the store. But seeing how the guy says, it’s not at the store and they didn’t have the part I took my money to O’Reilly. And I will stay going to O’Reilly for now on.

I am writing to provide feedback regarding my recent experience at your store. I visited your establishment to purchase new brake pads for my wife's car. I would like to express my disappointment with the service I received.
Firstly, I would like to acknowledge the helpfulness of the girl who assisted me in the store. She kindly asked for the VIN number and went to retrieve the required brake pads. However, upon opening the package at the shop where I planned to have the brake pads installed, I discovered that the pads were old and used. The bag containing the pads was extremely dirty, and even the box itself was in a deplorable condition.
Immediately recognizing the mistake, I promptly returned to your store and spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager. I also had a conversation with the girl who initially provided me with the brake pads. Unfortunately, neither of them took responsibility for the error. Instead, they exchanged bewildered glances and made statements such as, "that's so weird." The so-called manager even insinuated that I had switched the new pads with old ones.
After an extended period of frustration and discussion, they finally conceded that they did not possess the necessary replacement parts. However, they offered a refund as a solution to the problem. While this may have resolved the issue in a practical sense, I must admit that I felt truly disheartened by the entire situation.
As a piece of advice to others, I strongly recommend that customers thoroughly inspect their purchases before leaving the store. In hindsight, I deeply regret not examining the contents of the box in front of the store employees. This simple precaution could have saved me from this unfortunate ordeal.
Furthermore, I would like to urge the owner of the store to provide better training for your employees. It seems evident that someone lacking proper knowledge or attention to detail mistakenly mixed old parts with new ones. I sincerely hope that the individuals responsible for this oversight will acknowledge their mistake and offer a sincere apology.
I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address the issues raised and ensure that such incidents do not reoccur in the future.

The wife and I stopped here because my Jeep rear lights went out. As we were telling the guy at the counter our vehicle information, Rudy walked by and made sure it was the correct information. He then went to grab the light bulbs and offered to switch them for us since we had no idea how to do it. It was cold and snowing and he seemed happy to do it. He went above and beyond and made sure they worked before we drove off. He is an amazing worker and human being for helping us the way he did. It’s hard to find great, let alone excellent customer service now a days! We will definitely be stopping by at this autozone for our car needs!

Very bad experience, today there is a lady who believes herself a lot. Just because I didn't know how to speak English, he treated me like a despot, it's very annoying. Then I waited for another guy and he acted crazy and never helped me. It's not the place, it's the people!!!
