I would give zero stars if possible, we have made several large purchases at this location, when the items were delivered, the crew damaged our walls and never assembled anything correctly, so this time we decided to pick the item up at the warehouse. The packaging was intact, offloading went without incident, and once the sun was in the right position, you could see a manufacturers defect, after a week of customer service and store employees giving us the runaround, it was obvious nothing would be done to remedy the issue. We were even told that because we picked the item up ourselves, there was no warranty and no refund. It wasn't a scratch and dent item or even on sale, do yourselves a favor and shop elsewhere, expensive lesson learned, these people are only attentive until you complete the sale. It borders on a scam and their practices are suspect at best.

Isaac helped me pick a rocking chair recliner for my nursery and he was super patient. He gave us plenty of space and time to figure out what would be the best fit for us. He came back periodically to check on us and answer any questions we had! Great service!!

Isaac was very helpful in finding me the right furniture I needed for my new apartment. He listened to my needs and concerns and found what was right for me. He wasn’t pushy at all and allowed me to lead the process while he offered his guidance and answered any questions I had. 10/10 experience!

Shopping at Ashley today was so easy and a great experience. Isaac was helpful without being overbearing. He was patient as I went back and forth on making my decision and answered all of my questions. I'd definitely shop at Ashley in the future for my furniture needs.

Came into Ashley 6 weeks ago and had a fabulous experience with Isaac. Went to other stores and ultimately came back to work with Isaac. While there his coworker Raouf hooked us up with a great deal. They were both professional, friendly, informational and knowledgeable! They will definitely have my business in the future with both these gentlemen!

Our experience at Ashley’s was amazing. Michelle was fantastic and so helpful. She didn’t push for us to purchase one thing or another and allowed us to comfortably make our own decision while remaining a great helping hand. I highly recommend coming here and asking for Michelle to help you out!

The sales representative Isaac was great to work with. He gave us a awesome deal on the couch we wanted. He was patient with our toddlers running around. Also quick to answer any questions we came up with.

We went into Ashley Furniture for the first time today and I have to say I wasn’t disappointed!!(We’ve unfortunately been shopping at another furniture chain I won’t name for years and constantly buying overpriced garbage!)Today we meet Koren who was amazing! She demonstrated and showed us the quality and durability of Ashley’s couches. We didn’t plan on actually buying today but ended up buying the entire set plus some extras. We are so happy with the Price and Customer service we received. I highly recommend going to Jordan Landing to see Koren for all your furniture needs.Ashley Give that girl a raise!
