“I have been living at the Zeller for over two years now and it has been a wonderful experience. Fiorella, Giselle, Tais, the maintenance team, and every person in the leasing office has always been so helpful whenever I have a request or inquiry. They are quick to respond, even when they have been short-staffed at times, and it's very clear that they put in their best effort to upkeep the apartment complex inside and out. The pool is always clean and heated, there are fully stocked dog poop bag dispensers around the entire building, if there are spills or messes in the complex they are cleaned up promptly, and overall the complex is just very well kept. Also, the leasing office managers are always available in the leasing office during scheduled hours unless they are giving a potential resident a unit tour or something. In other apartment complexes I have lived in the leasing office managers are sometimes nowhere to be found and cannot be reached by phone or email either! That has been so frustrating in the past, so I am really grateful for the professionalism of the Zeller's office managers. The Zeller is very dog friendly, and the residents are generally in their mid-twenties to early thirties, and they are working professionals that are all respectful and friendly towards other residents. The location of this apartment is great because it's no more than a 5-10 minute drive to Starbucks, Winco, Target, Smiths, Whole Foods, Uptown Cheapskate, Nordstrom Rack, and it's close to State Street so getting downtown is about a 10 minute drive too. So happy to live here!”
“Amanda, the building manager at 21ByUrbana is easily the best building manager I've worked with across multiple buildings. She's amazingly friendly and makes all parts of tenancy a breeze.
The building itself is well kept and has a bevy of amenities.”
“From what I've seen and no and have heard about this place it's a pretty awesome place to be there's lots of different offices from Medicare Medicaid representatives to psychiatrists and doctors always very clean and we're very kind and understanding allowing me to stay in the lobby to charge my phone and wait for the rain and thunder to stop even though I was there for over an hour and a half waiting The security there was amazing and they offered me some hot chocolate and tried to make me as comfortable as possible.”
“Huge floor plans for the price, central location, staff is professional and kind. Shoutout to Brenlee for making my tour experience super engaging, she’s a gem! Ultimately we did lease elsewhere, but only due to finding a spot that fit our family’s needs a bit better. Otherwise would have leased in a heartbeat. Definitely check these guys out, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.”

Rent is also exceptionally fair, my friends are always surprised when they see the price I pay for the value I'm getting.

“My experience at this apartment building is vastly better than any other place I’ve been at. The location is amazing and so is the view. I’ve lived here for over a year and I could count on one hand the number of times I’ve heard my neighbors. Management responds pretty quickly to maintenance issues and the property is reasonably well maintained.
I think not being poor would enable you to perceive that rent is also very reasonable.
Anything less than a 4/5 for this place is probably due to entitled people thinking that it’s possible to get your deposit back from any apartment complex. Doesn’t matter where you go. That never happens bro…
My only criticism would be to put the call box back in and finish the drywall job in the hall on the 5th floor❤️”
“We enjoyed our time living here! We were here for a year and really didn’t have any issues. We moved because they were raising our rent. It was already on the high end, but raising it even more was a no-go for us. We had a relatively small deposit upon moving in, and only had to pay about $20 when we moved out.The maintenance team is wonderful. They are quick to get over to your apartment to fix things, and they are super friendly. I always got a wave whenever I passed them around the complex. The pool and hot tub are nice during the warmer months.One complaint I had was that there were a lot of pets that pooped on the lawn, and it wasn’t picked up by the owners. We have a child, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable letting her play on the lawn with the risk of animal poop being there. Despite signs telling owners to pick up after their pets, it was still an issue.I felt the people in the office were friendly and available to help answer questions/concerns. They were sometimes tough to get a hold of via phone or email, so taking a trip down to the office was sometimes necessary.”
“I live here for 7 years and always like it. 2 month ago I have a problem with balcony screens . I was upset ready to find another place and move , but one Manager that care makes a all difference . She call me , talk with me for a wild, listen what I wanna say, explained the reason for the changes , and she find a solution for me. I'm so thankful for her help and happy to keep living in my apartment ?”
“We have lived here for just about a year and we love it. The management has changed, and they are very helpful. We enjoy a lot of the activities that are offered. All of the staff is friendly and welcoming and nice to talk to.The pool is being upgraded and they are doing other improvements . We are glad that we found this place when we were looking. “I have mixed emotions about my home. I love my apartment .I am sad due to wanting to remain in my sweet home. They let me dig up dirt and plant flowers and ground cover .There is a fun garden too which I wanted . So try as they might people that smoke will disregard rules . I am so conflicted as my home is so easy , well located ,and bright and spacious the duck pond was so beautiful.I think they are in the process of cleaning it so the fountain can shoot up . I pray that the Covid ends soon so we have access to the laundromat. My desire is to possibly move to another side where there is not such a large area designated for smoking. I have a compromised immune system and must reconcile that my health decides for me as much as I do not like it. The size of the 1 bedroom is perfect and so is the price. I provide care for some of our residents on the other side and it is a pleasant area , they love it . I have not known what to do but management has tried their best to resolve the issues .”
“I love living here, I have been living here for a year now and they have been the best. I have lived in several residences and I can say that as it is, it is not very tidy, everything works well. I love it. It is very clean. The administration is excellent, good treatment, they do a good job. Bianca does a great job. good job for a long time everything is in order the rules are magnificent I love living like this in clean order safe there is a lot of security it is lovely to live here I highly recommend them they have a long waiting list but it is worth it no one would want to leave a place which would It gives security, peace, tranquility and you really feel very comfortable. I recommend them 100%.”

I also needed small repair to a leaky dishwasher that was fixed in one day. Exceptionally responsive to maintenance. The gym and pool are clean and just updated as have been the exterior of the buildings.
I like that the apartments aren't just boxes like most new apartments. Mine hasn't been renovated with wood flooring or newer appliances, but I don't mind. They gave me a great deal on it and I actually missed carpeting in the bedroom in my house. It is also bigger than most of the newer 1-bedrooms out there.”

“I've been here for 4 months and for me everything has been perfect. The employees are super friendly, especially Miguel and Ana. Living here I have always felt safe. many good people live here. I lost my credit card and someone found it in the laundry room and returned it to the office. For the full payment of the rent I have never had problems, I have always paid as stipulated in the contract. Also, if you don't speak English well like me, many of the employees speak Spanish and if some of them don't speak it, they will do their best to help you (for me thats a plus).”
