I"m 3 days late on my visa payment...still within my 10 day grace period. I actually still have 7 days in that grace period left. Been a member for 30 yrs & the teller says in front of all the customers, "I see you're late on your visa payment, would you like to make that now?" What nerve! This has happened a couple of times before. This seems to be a standard practice they teach their tellers. I've had enough of the snail mail, lack of flexibility, & wait times on the phone. Time to transfer all my stuff to MACU! SO much easier & user friendly!

The app works great. The customer service is good. However, the lack of communication when it comes to premium checking plans really needs work.

This is the 2nd Saturday in a row that the branch inside smiths on 90th and redwood road has closed early. Today there was 2 tellers still with customers and the lady closes the curtain and won’t let me deposit my rent. Thanks by Monday I will have an eviction. By closing 5 minutes early my life is ruined.

It is gratifying to be recognized (even with a Covid mask) and greeted enthusiastically.
The managers are responsive to our business needs.
The tellers are accurate and through.
I rarely have to wait, because they have several tellers helping customers.

Dropped $40 cash in this branch, when I realized and went back for it, I told one of the tellers what happened, the teller said he would see if anyone had turned it in, and began to type on his keyboard ridiculously fast for 2 minutes strait, then said I was SOL. I just won't look into this. But im not going back either. Thanks.....

Hate that all the locations are closed and that I have to go inside Smiths. Why does a phone call take so long when all the branches are closed? Employees could answer phone since they arent working at the banks. Guess its time for a new bank. Thankfully, plenty of competition. Open the damn doors! Every bank in a grocery store should leave!
