Our company sends out a lot of marketing pieces to clients across the U.S. Sometimes our timelines are tight. Johanna and her team are quick to respond and they do their very best to make sure things are done and mailed out on time. They are dependable, fair in pricing, kind and easy to work with. The printing and quality of work has never been disappointing. Highly recommend working with them!

The customer service here is absolutely terrible. They seem more interested in arguing and then playing the victim when you get frustrated. I sent a simple 8.5 x 11 document to be printed. As a photographer and Photoshop expert, I sent the file at 2550 by 3300 pixels, which is the correct size for 8.5 x 11 inches at 300dpi. They replied, claiming that the image I sent was 35.417 x 45.833 inches at 72dpi, which is literally the same resolution.
I tried to explain that they're viewing the file in Photoshop at 72dpi, but the pixel dimensions remain the same. The representative, who was the owner argued that they don’t work with pixels—this from a print shop, where working with pixels is essential. And I would have to pay a designer to "fix it" When I provided screenshots of the project in Photoshop and the JPG file showing 300dpi and 2550 by 3300 pixels (8.5 x 11 inches), their response was, ‘Sorry, we can’t help you.’
To make matters worse, when I called, I was met with attitude, hung up on four times, and could hear employees laughing in the background. I’ve since escalated the issue to corporate.
and seeing all the one star reviews is not a surprise.

Quick response, great turnaround time, and great product. We had a big event that we needed a lot of last minute items for, and JR at the West Jordan, UT location and their team 100% delivered, sometimes with less than 24 hours' notice. 10 out of 10!

I love Alphagraphics on 9000 South and about 1200 West-ish. Their staff is super responsive, extremely knowledgeable and I have used them for years.

I'm not a business, but i wanted to order a banner for a special family occasion. These guys were horrible. Unfriendly, unhelpful and overpriced. I had questions that weren't answered and I felt like I was stupid for asking how much things cost. Again seriously overpriced!! They must be used to dealing with big businesses that don't watch their bottom line very closely. Found the exact same product at a local shop with helpful employees for HALF the cost! Their response says it was for a rush job and that's the reason for the bloated cost. That is not accurate, I didn't need it for over a week. I guess I can add bending the truth to their list of attributes

Alpha graphics does a great job! They are clear in the their communications and deliver just what you want. I am giving 4 stars for the price. They are expensive.

BEST experiences I've EVER had with printing services! This location of Alphagraphics is NEXT level. They go above and beyond for you & they are so, so kind.Back in October of 2023, I had to print a funeral program within 24 hours and they did it for me, no questions asked. They printed over 100 copies + bookmarks, cut and folded them all for me. I was simply AMAZED.Today, I called for a baptism program to be printed by the end of this week and, once again, without hesitation they're able to do it. Tiffany and Todd are just exceptional!Thank you, Alphagraphics of WJ! I appreciate you SO much!

As a local business owner I’m shocked about they’re lack of customer service, I came in to get decals made for the doors of my truck which they said the do, they told me the cost of making the decals which I paid and they said install would be a LITTLE more lol decals cost $300 when the decals were finished they emailed and said $800 to install!! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! Why would I pay 800 for the same thing signarama charges $125? When I talked to the owner of the West Jordan location and stated how ridiculous this price was she said I’m not budging and you can install them yourself! Way to screw your self I told them that I had more trucks and trailers to do!(I own a local trucking company) I will be going out of my way to tell everyone I do business with about this b.s
