My car was towed while parked in my townhome development. There was a handicap placard, there was no illegal parking happening. When I questioned the validity of the towing, I was informed “ Sorry not my obligation ”. I’ve reached out several times and I receive no response, or short curt answers.

I have never been treated more disrespectfully or unprofessionally in my entire life the office manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and would not give me the name or information of the owner and was absolutely not helpful and hung up on me my car was stolen and the wrong information was put on the sheet when I got it and I was just treated like I had done something wrong and told that I could not come and get anything out of it or look at it or anything else until I paid and paid for the mistake that the officers and their company made I wouldn't even have gave it one starService: Car towing

These frauds illegally steal personal contents from the vehicles. We came with our title and they would not let us get our legal and lawful items. They only wanted cash. I am not going to write how we will rectify this. I hope they have insurance. Next time we are suing them hard. We are are also reporting them to the IRS for Fraud audits because they play dirty.

Horrible customer service, overcharges for the most basic services. Don't bother calling them, they will hang up on you before you even get your question out if they don't feel like answering

I scheduled a tow with advanced for a morning pick up, and was told by the dispatcher that they would head to me first thing in the morning between 8:00-8:30am. I had expected with drive time to my location to see them arrive between 8:45-9:15am. When they had not arrived by 9:20 I called to check on arrival. I was told that the driver was held up previous to my call, but was on his way then. I expected arrival to be around 10:00 am at that point. I got a call from the driver at 10:00 only to find out he was just then leaving to my location. The driver to his credit was awesome and hooked the vehicle quickly, and safely, at 10:45 and was back on the road to deliver the vehicle by 11:00. I missed half a day of work due when I could have missed only 2 hrs due to the tardiness of the arrival.Service: Car towing

Justin Fordham, a driver for the company, resorted to utilization of homophobic and racist assault slurs in regular conversation then resorted to threats over text to my cellphone about how he will 'beat my faggit ass', 'find where you live and stomp your throat', and then further described that 'he stomps the brakes of niggers all the time'.

Came and picked up the car in a short amount of time. He was very understanding and helped me out a lot. Drove me to the auto repair shop and helped me with my car. It was a very good experience.
