Terrible customer service. I purchased something from another ACE location that I tried to return here. The cashier got approval from the manager to process the return but when there was a complication in processing the return in the system the manager came over and said he didn’t want to deal with the return and told me to go where I bought it. The manager was very aggressive and acted like I was a huge inconvenience.

Large sections of everything! When they say if we don't have you don't need it is a true statement. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great place fir anything from hunting to kitchen ware, tools, etc. awesome place

Walked into Smith and Edwards today, looking for a tool and some new steel toes. The sign inside the door read "All bags and persons subject to search." I know, I should've just left. Found some toes. Tried them on and went to look for tools. Oh no "you can't just walk around with your new boots, I have to escort you to the front," announced the snotty old such and such. I put the boots sorta half-assed back in the box, then put the box on the wrong shelf, and left $30 worth of socks in the aisle. That act of rebellion didn't help. People treat others this way because it is allowed. They thought I was going to steal from them from the time I walked through the door. It's much more likely I'd have prevented a theft. I am a vet, former first responder, and a healthcare pro. Getting much easier to kick these types of businesses to the curb. Oh well. There are plenty of local places hungry for my dollar. Never again.

Super friendly staff! Customer service is by far better than any other store in town. Such a huge variety of items to buy.

What a store! They have a little bit of everything it seems. I stopped in to look at the ice fishing tackle. I found a very nice selection with some of the better prices around. They also had a freezer with various types of bait. I grabbed a couple Lake Shore ice rods and some swedish pimple lures. Make sure to check out the beef jerky and bulk candy select by the check out.

Wonderfully convenient.
I am amazed at the inventory they carry in such a small footprint inside Smith & Edwards.
Staff are ALWAYS willing to help.
Every now and then they do not have what I want...rarely.
