5 stars for our agent Josh Griffel. He is always so quick to respond. I often communicate with him via email but I always have a response within 15 minutes and he answers all my excessive questions with detail. We have not had to submit a claim yet so I'm not sure how smooth that process is but so far with the communications if had with Josh I feel comfortable for if that times come.
