The restroom was horrible if I could give this a -5star rating I would it was so disgusting!!!!! Thierry was no toilet paper…. Good thing I checked first! I said something to the employee he acted like he didn’t really care ???? there was garbage all over what was actually the seat covers someone has pulled them all out and put them on the floor. The restroom floor was so dirty and the walls looks as if is never cleaned. It stunk like ? BO in there and they had the car air fresheners put around to cover the smell well it didn’t work.

a Youngish, probably 30s, Indian man working the register didn't speak much english and he was rather rude with what I could understand, he kept refusing to ring up my order and kept behaving rudely. very unprofessional

I pre paid for fuel I knew how much money was on my debit card when I tapped to pay they said it declined but it took every penny off my card and they would give me no fuel!! The kid working did what he could but the manager was absolutely no help...and now this? is the response I get and my money has STILL not been returned this is theft.

Asked the cashier if I could put in my rewards number and he said the price is the same? I asked if he treated all the customers like this, he ignored me. I said he could cancel the sale and he told me not to come back. The cashier was a Squirrley looking toothless guy with glasses. Definitely does not belong behind a register dealing with the general public. And he will get his wish I won’t be coming back.

Kris was the wicked witch of the west I helped pay for a small kid no older than 10 in front of me who payed in change only to see this old rude lady come out and scold the nice coworker who served him the one drink he bought. I asked to turn my bills in to a $20 and was denied after very rudely. If this was my business I would fire Kris or demote her and promote Tiffany who was extremely kind.

Worst customer service ever. Didn't do anything wrong. And got in trouble. He likes to yell at people too. Other 7 eleven are better and maverick is too.

Extraordinary rude employee manning the cash register here at 7:51 AM, Tue Oct 18th.I asked a simple question. He was annoyed that I would bother him while he was on his phone the whole time. I wanted to buy one of the heated up wings and asked a question.. he shrugged me off. And after I decide to just go with my coffee and another item.. he rudely said.. "you done?!"It's not gonna make a difference on much a scale.. but I'm definitely never going to this particular 711 again.. and I hope, for your sake, you don't.

Customer service is good but diet coke isn’t and neither are the donuts. Had to throw them away… they had to have been 24-48 hours old and i wont be convinced otherwise.

Not worth it!! After getting a fountain soda and driving off in my car, I sipped it and found my drink (root beer) to be very strong. Not just a bit, but like at least 5x the amount of soda syrup than it should have. Was late to an appointment already so I didn’t go back to have it fixed. Run down, low quality, etc.

So I asked to use the restroom and the lady working said, sorry it's out of order... I then said are you sure you're sorry. She said you're right I'm not, "it's company policy to not let people use our restroom". If that's company policy and employees can't use there better judgement to let people use the restroom then 711 is messed up. Some people ride share and deliver

This place is trash. The employees are rude the manager acts horrendous towards his own customers. Would NOT recommend. Just go to the one across the street. NOT this one. boycott this location
