I rented a Uhaul in Wyoming after a transmission issue. It was a truck and tow and the drop was for JCP auto in Ogden UT, same day rental and drop. I only had truck for 3 hours and was charged for 3 days. I called John and he stated he would get back to me after speaking to Uhaul corporate. Never heard anything from him and by 12/1 I was charged another $69 without approval. I called John back and he was very rude and hung up on me . He said he had personal issues. I told him very nicely that it’s business 101 that you don’t mix personal with business. Very very rude man, I will never do business with trash like that.

Ever need a headhunter to find the perfect car for the best price? This is the place! As a retired car salesman he takes the guess work out of purchasing a car. Tell him what you want and he'll find it for you, inspect it, and make a little profit off getting it for you. He is willing to auction shop as well. I rented a Uhaul from this location and was very impressed!

John is a really nice guy up front, but he struggles to follow through on what he says. Our experience has been one of horror. He gave us a warranty on our car, but the motor blow the had gasket with in a couple of days of buying it. It took over 4 months to get it repaired. After getting our car back we have continued to have problems. Currently we have tried to work with John on fixing some of these issues. The issues are so simple, but we are 3 months out and still no solution. Be careful guys.

John always helps me out when I am looking for a vehicle. If he doesn't have it on his lot he will be happy to find what you're looking for at a better price than other dealerships.
