“If it's sprinkler or plumbing related, they probably have it. If you don't know exactly what you need, someone at the counter will help you find it. If you don't know exactly how to do it, they'll help. While this is obviously a shop for contractors, the majority of the customers are not experts, and they will happily help. But you do need to ask; the employees are all at the sales counter and assume that if you are prowling around in the stock you already know what your looking for.”
