Careys is the best place around. You'll never find a more honest, prefessional and great mechanic. Wayne works on all of our stuff & has for years. I refer everyone I that I can to him and they always thank me for sending them his way. I wish every industry had a Wayne!

Can't find them... sign says that they moved but doesn't give an actual address... Google maps says the old location is open but it's not and doesn't show a new location. Their sign says to go to their website but it doesn't say where they moved to either... can't rate them if I can't find them.

I brought in my Bennche Spire 800, which is a Chinese piece of junk so I give them credit for taking the engine apart to get to the issue of a sticky throttle... But they went further and took EVERYTHING apart (which I didnt ask for) and told me all my seals and gaskets were bad, cylinders were dirty and that I needed 8 or so different parts replaced that didn't seem related to the original issue. On top of that, they can't put parts on order like they used to so all the ordering was up to me and quoted me for the cost to put it back together after I did my "due diligence" which would've been about $1,050... I ended up taking the machine home to do the work myself or find someone else to fix it. I'm still trying to find someone to fix it because I don't have the time. If you have generic Chinese ATVs, don't waste your time with Careys cycle.

My husband and I live in Brigham City, so traveling back and forth to Ogden is already a pain, and even more difficult when our motorcycle isn't in driving condition. There just wasn't any place closer that we knew about so we had no choice. Obviously their inconvenient location isnt their fault, but the negative experiences we had with Careys was definitely their bad.We just bought a motorcycle for the first time, so we brought our motorcycle to Carys asking them to replace both the tires with the best kind, and do a thorough overhaul service to make sure the motorcycle is safe and ready to ride. We trusted them, and from day one we were burned with overpriced parts and labor as well as very poor mechanical service and next to no customer service at all. Plus, it took them weeks longer than it should've to fix the motorcycle each time we brought it in.I have many examples. One time I called to find out if we needed an appointment or if we could simply drop by. I specifically asked if "tomorrow " worked for them and they said yes. I had to follow my husband in my car to drop off the motorcycle and drive him home, so both of us made the trip to Carys. When we got there we saw a note on the door saying they were closed for the day because they were at some motorcycle race. Why didn't they tell us on the phone tge day before that they would randomly be closed so we could've saved a lot of time and money and trouble making the trip for nothing?Plus, they don't even have a key drop-off box so we can feel confident leaving our motorcycle. My husband works odd hours so its hard to find time to drop off our motorcycle during Carys business hours. One time they told us to just throw our keys over their chain link fence, which is easily accessible to theft.Almost every time I called I couldn't get through to talk with anyone. Then, when I actually spoke with a person they were rude, impatient, and useless. They usually didn't have any answers or information and when I asked to talk with someone with answers a technician wasn't available to ask.We had leaking forks fixed by them late this spring when it was rainy so we could have the motorcycle in good repair and ready to ride when the weather was nice. After the motorcycle was supposedly fixed it sat parked until good weather, which was several weeks. When my husband finally started riding it the forks started leaking again. I talked with the manager of Careys who said they only guarantee their work for 30 days, not according to mileage driven. We were out hundreds of dollars, and he wanted us to bring our motorcycle back again to fix it when they didn't do it right in the first place.Like i said, we got brand new tires on the front and back and paid a small fortune for them. Our back tire got a flat and we found out that the tires have tubes. Carys didn't even give us the option to get different rims for the option to have tires with or without tubes. We would've liked to have the choice, and we were charged way more for the tires they sold us than we should've paid. Carys is a rip off in so many ways.I have to say I finally found a solution to all the grief Carys has put us through. We found an amazing motorcycle repair shop in Tremonton called Golden Spike. They are very professional, always have answers, are available to talk to, are polite and patient, get the job done quickly, are honest, guarantee their work, have a key drop-off box, and have very reasonable rates, all of which Carys is absolutely lacking. If I would've known how bad Carys was, I would've seriously driven farther to find any other shop. Thank heavens we found Golden Spike in Tremonton. Now we are finally taken care of in all aspects of motorcycle repair and maintenance.

Purchased my motorcycle from them and was very happy with the overall experience. Caron and her husband had me in and out in no time. No games, no gimmicks. Would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I absolutely loved that I walked in, looked around, surveyed the bikes & merchandise and it was laid back- no one jumped on me the moment I walked in- just casual. They have a clearance area with lots of used motorcycle seats & parts- check that out! Lovely woman was organizing some merch- perhaps owner? Manager? Not certain but she was cool! Even if they don’t have what you seek- decent place to visit. ATVs/dirt, street- gear & powersports.

Awesome shop right here! They helped me find a perfect replacement part for my old 1979 YZ125! I am so grateful, that bike means so much to me. Been a customer since I was a kid.

Let's keep small shops open. I spent the last 4 months looking for a new YZ - I worked with all the 'big ones' - you know the names - they all treated me poorly and all wanted to add 'covid pricing' to the deals. Luckily i found Carey's and they gave me the best deal and by far the best treatment i've experienced... i've bought over 10 new bikes over the last 45 years from various places. please shop there if you can, or all we will be left with is mega dealers (NBA players, Car dealers, regional group, etc...)

I generally don’t write reviews for businesses but I had a very poor experience with Carey’s Cycle and thought I should share.I took in my Honda CB500T in early December 2020 for a non-starting issue and to figure out why my front brake wouldn’t bleed. It was assigned to a tech who calls himself Bear. I would often have to call back 2-3 times before he would call me back to give me a progress update. The motorcycle was there for 5 weeks when they called me and said they didn’t know why it wouldn’t start and the front brake caliper needed to be replaced, and that I owed $325 for diagnosis. I’ve never heard of a shop charging that much for giving a diagnosis of “I don’t know what’s wrong”.They told me if I wanted them to keep diagnosing they would charge me an additional $1,200. So I went to pick up the motorcycle and they brought it out to me in boxes. They didn’t even put anything back on the bike that they took off. Not only that, but they forgot to give me back my battery and my electronic ignition, I had to go into their garage in the back and find the parts myself.Upon further inspection when I got home I found snipped wires behind the headlight bucket and they had installed a regular bolt in the brake system where a banjo bolt is supposed to be, so I had to go buy a new banjo bolt. They left the bike a complete mess and gave it back to me in boxes. I will certainly never be doing business there again. See the attached before and after pictures of the bike. The "before" picture is the one with everything installed. They charged me $325 and created even problems than I started with.

I brought my son's motorcycle in to have a new front tire installed. I also purchased a new windshield. I mentioned that my son was in the military finishing his training in Texas and would need the work done to his bike in a few days for him to drive it to Washington. They were very helpful and the bike was ready when promised. They gave us a military discount. Not only did they do a great job with the work requested, but they went the extra mile and washed the entire bike and did several other things free of charge to service it and make it ready for the road. Thanks to Brad and the whole team at Carey's!

2.5☆☆'s They don't have hardly anything in stock as far as Gear or parts & any time ive wanted to order parts in they always recommend I go somewhere else! GUESS THEY DON'T WANT MUCH BUSINESS! The reason they are getting the stars they are is cause their CLEARANCE PRICES ARE AMAZING!

They are fast, friendly and fairly priced. We've taken my husband's bike there twice and they are very honest and great to work with. No unnecessary repairs or charges straight up.
