I would like to recognize Shane Mack as being an outstanding employee of the Office Depot in Bountiful. There were some problems with an order I had placed on a desk and the assembly that was also ordered. Rather than trying to satisfy me by doing the bare minimum of checking on the history of what was the status of my desk and assembly, he put in as much time as it would take to track down the order, watch the video of my purchase to make sure that all information had been entered in correctly and then called Apollo, waiting on the phone for some time, to get the correct answers as to why my desk had not been assembled as originally scheduled. He found all the answers. He did everything to my satisfaction. I rarely see this kind of customer service. He is an awesome representative of the company and I would ask for him and recommend him to anyone going into the Bountiful store. Thank you to Shane Mack for upping the game and making me feel important.

I came in today to get my COVID vaccination card laminated for free. The staff were well organized and handling the volume of customers very well. Another customer advised me against laminating my card, which I thanked her for her opinion, and the staff later clarified that they'd be making a copy, so my original is still able to be updated in the event I need a booster. I was already aware of this, but it was great to see the way they handled the situation. Well done!

The rewards program has greatly improved since last year. I recommend signing up even if you don't shop here very often.

Office Supplies right. Nope. Less and less in the store and the manager and help tell you to order it online. Yup... from Staples.

The people there are always helpful and willing to find solutions for what we need. My wife dies a lot of printing for her drafting classes and they are willing to even let us bring our own paper. When we do this anywhere else they over charge us by a lot, here it's always good quality printing at super low prices.
