An Auto Dealership and Service Department from Hell, orCaveat EmptorI took my 2019 Jeep Renegade to the dealership for regular service on 10-Nov-2023. Four hours later, with service incomplete, I was charged $477,29.I returned 13-Nov-23 and was informed remaining service would cost an additional $963,35 So, my total cost was $1,440.94, none of which was covered by service and maintenance agreements.According to Kelly Blue Book, the cost of a normal 50,000-mile service for a 2019 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk is around $153.According to my Owner Manual, not all services were mandatory or recommended.When I said, "It appears to me that your dealership is both upselling services and price gouging, the general manager's dismissive response was that different companies might offer different prices on items and services."It turns out that LHM car dealerships were sold to Asbury Automotive Group in Atlanta. It may be legal, but it is deceptive to trade on the Larry H. Miller name. The dealership upsold third-party Total Care Auto warranties in the amount of $3,671 when I purchased my Jeep. It turns out that Total Care Auto is owned by Asbury Auto Group along with the Larry H. Miller dealerships. That too may be legal, but it is clearly deceptive for dealerships to own extended warranty companies. Organizations like J.D. Power and Associates, U.S, News, and the Federal Trade Commission suggest that buyers beware.If you go to this dealer, take a consumer advocate and attorney.

I would like to recognize the outstanding service provided by Luke Myers, He took care of my sweet mother and provided 5 star service throughout her expiereince !! Thank you Luke for going above and beyond. He was assigned to take care of my mother by the General Manager Vince Rosas. I spoke with Vince concerning my mothers long long total nightmare of a purchase before he was the GM ... It was one of those buying experiences you hear about and don't believe !! Vince is the new GM here in Bountiful and He took my mother by the hand and took care of her !! God Bless you Vince!!! I live on the other side of the Country and run my own business... it has been difficult to take care of mother with my busy schedule !! I am so very grateful that you went above and beyond and took care of my mother and solved her car problems !! Thank you so very much !! You have blessed our lives! I also want to recognize Chris Reynolds: Chris was there since the beginning .. when my mother brought the original car in for service. He worked under the old GM ... Chris did his best caught in-between the Boss and the client! ... Thank you Chris for your patients and kindness!& Last but not least "GT" Glen Roeser: Thank you for taking care of my mother ! Thank you for getting her set up for success and her payments close to what she had before! I will never buy a Jeep again because of Larry H Miller in Bountiful, Utah. My Service 4wd/ 4wd unavailable sign has began coming on every time I get into my car. We have had a very snowy winter and I need my 4wd. I called jeep, and was told that they could not get me in for a month. This is completely unsafe and unprofessional. Additionally, my remote start stopped working, and they refuse to see me for that either. I really do not understand the point of the warranty they talked me into purchasing. He said that I could drop my car off, but that they dont have any loaner cars in the mean time, and he doesnt know how many days until he can get to it. Prior to this experience, my next car was going to be a Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Now, I will absolutely never purchase a vehicle with horrible customer service and that lies about their coverage.

Do not take your vehicle to Larry H. Miller Dodge Bountiful!!! I can't believe there are any positive reviews on this site. Headache started on October 10. Should have know I was going to have a bad experience on day one. Waiting for Uber ride, one of their customers showed me pictures of the oil his truck dumped out on his garage floor after LHM had his oil changed. Several days later LHM said I had a hole in the fuel tank and that was causing an Evap error. Ordered fuel tank. Weeks fuel tank came in and LHM installed it. First time filled the hose on top of the tank blew off. (Sorry about the gallons of gas your parking lot Les Swaab! An thank you guy who stopped me and got me off the road before I blew up with my niece and dogs in the car!!!) LHM towed the car into the shop and LHM put the hoses back on. Now the gas gauge did not work. Took it back to LHM. LHM now said I needed need fuel pumps. Weeks later pumps came in and were installed. Fueled up and the gas gauge was still broke. I had reached my breaking point. Took my car into Ken Garff. The fuel pumps were installed incorrectly by LHM and LHM had not tightened the driveline bolts and they were damaged. Ken Garff fixed my car as promised in two days. I even had Ken Garff change my oil because after weeks of their incompetence, I didn't trust that LHM had put the right oil. Love Ken Garff West Valley Dodge!!! Even with appointments LHM does not look at your car or keep you informed. Asked to talk to the LHM service manager several times and he would not return my calls. There is always an excuse why LHM repairs were late or why they couldn't look at your car. Now it is January 27 and LHM general manager will not pay the Ken Garff repair costs, because I did not give LHM a chance to make it right!I will always have PTDS over the gas spraying out of my car like a garden hose. There is one bright side though... I have met lots of interesting Uber drivers

If you are going to go to this dealership, only ask for Connor! We have bought 2 cars and special ordered one and he has been nothing but amazing to us. My Jeep recently had to go in for service, the service department is crap, but I've yet to find a dealership with a good service department. The service department is the only reason I'm giving this place 3 stars. Anyways, Connor went above and beyond to make sure we had our car back in a timely manner. We have been loyal customers to him and the dealership and would never go to anyone else except for him! Thank you for being so reliable Connor!!! We appreciate you!

Brought my wrangler in to be serviced without an appointment and was taken in immediately. Jeremy helped me and was very friendly and patient when I had questions about future services needed. 10/10 recommend this service department for all your needs. Also keep in mind with the pandemic still effecting the labor shortage have some patience with the employees here, they're only human and some things just take time.

Well I see why the reviews are poor here! I didn't get a good price for some Jeep glass but I did receive it fast! I tried to get an installed price but didn't get a call back . So maybe I saved some money by having it installed elsewhere. But I do know the cost markup was high.

Horrible sale team, after making an appointment to purchase the a vehicle. They sold it to someone else, they didn't tell me that the car was sold and I lost three hours of my time plus gas. If you see a good deal and they tell you the car is available don't trust them, they use that so you come over, they tell you the car just sold and they try to push you on something else.
