We are French on a road trip for several months. We wanted to have our heating repaired. The couple was very nice and took care of us quickly. He found the problem and fixed it. The heating worked once, we paid then tried again, it no longer worked. So he took everything apart again, said it worked in his workshop (we weren't there) then retested. It was blowing but no heat, he said it could take a while. We ended up leaving. In the evening we discovered a propane leak from the heating. We had to find a mechanic to repair the leak and pay again. The bolts had not been tightened correctly. It's been 1 month, the heating has never worked again.
Bad luck for us, they are very nice but for the price we paid, it could have avoided the poorly tightened bolts and the joints not redone on the outside after dismantling.

I showed up just as they closed an locked the doors an where getting into their vehicle , the lady an gentalmen hopped out of the vehicular unlocked the doors and stayed late to help me out , I told them my situation an they imedietly helped me even though they were closed , they stayed a extra 30 mins doing research for me answered all my questions an were extremely friendly . Above exspectations a really shows how they care about their customers .

I must recommend these awesome people and their business. They are lifesavers for RV owners in the area. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure repairs are done properly. They will work with warranties and even outside service providers if necessary.On our motor home, we have an extended warranty. We had slide issues, generator issues, chipped windshield and a toilet that wouldn't close the flush valve plus it leaked water on the floor behind it where it was difficult to mop up. They contacted our insurance company and got the slide, generator and toilet claims filed. We had to file on the windshield, but they coordinated with the windshield repair technician so that all of the repair work was done in two days. We spent two nights in Logan while the work was done.Highly recommend! If necessary, they also offer mobile services.

We had a fire in our motor home two weeks before we'd scheduled a big trip to Yellowstone with our kids for the first time. Most places were a few weeks out, but this friendly couple was willing to squeeze us in and make sure we would be ready and safe for our big excursion.

I had no idea how difficult my job was going in; I just knew my battery wouldn't hold a charge and that it wasn't the battery. When I came in to pick up the trailer, my bill was $15. I could not believe this and thought it was a mistake. I really feel like other shops would have charged me for an hour of labor and for the part (marking the price up). Because it was such an easy job, he charged me the true price of the part. I also had a job where I had got moisture in my trailer and the sides were separating from the front. They fixed it and made it look great at a very reasonable price. These guys do great work and have definitely earned my trust.Service: Electrical
