“Tyler did an excellent job coming out and getting us hooked back up to internet after 1-2 weeks struggling along. We were so grateful he could get us going as we live in a difficult area and our former provider was unsuccessful. He was bright, intelligent and a great communicator. We appreciated his work ethic and willingness to make a go at it in spite of a bit of snow coming down. He updated our equipment and even went the extra mile and moved the inside equipment somewhere out of the way. He got us a good signal and worked steadily till the job was complete. We really appreciate his competency!”

By the time I called Monday morning, as soon as they opened, Mike already had a solution and new equipment is on it's way. Almost 11 years with Brigham Net, and I think I will continue with them. Swap out your modem every two years or anytime you have an issue--dont call or troubleshoot. 9/10 times the problem is the equipment.
