We were so grateful he could get us going as we live in a difficult area and our former provider was unsuccessful. He was bright, intelligent and a great communicator. He updated our equipment and even went the extra mile and moved the inside equipment somewhere out of the way. He got us a good signal and worked steadily till the job was complete.
