We’ve had internet with Air-band for a few years now and for the most part it has been ok. It’s in times like now where my internet has been down for 4 days and I’ve reached out to them several times and no one will answer your call or ever return your call and I continue to ask myself why I am still using them. When the internet is working things are great however every time there is an outage, you never know when it’s going to get fixed because you can’t get a hold of anyone. If you want great customer service this isn’t the place for you.

internet is amazing, but the fact they stop taking payments out from my account since February is very upsetting, this is for our grandparents internet, I've contacted this people so many times left alot of voicemail and my number for them to call me back I even went to their branch here they said they fixed it but they didn't, if they can see this, I wanna talk to someone who knows what he or she is doing to call my number I left so many times in the voicemail to get things right,I was told they have good customer service but I don't get any good customer service no phone calls nothing I wish someone will call my number back soon cause this is very upsetting

Probably the worst internet service I've ever had. Had a 5 mbps connection in Idaho with the same over the air service and never had lag issue like I do now. Call to get it fixed otherwise weekend and they don't get to it till you call and bug them the next week. I get they are a smaller company but its not worth the cost. Comcast has the same pack I have for 50 bucks less. Time for a change.

Not great, internet would go out for about an hour many mornings when my kids needed to be online for school! Super slow ping times and packet loss to boot especially later in the day. Was told it would be fixed in a few days, waited patiently for months and it never happened.
