Scheduled a time for them to come talk to us about it and install it and a guy showed up but never came in or talked to us and we called and no one answered left a voicemail but no one has called us back yet.

Not great, internet would go out for about an hour many mornings when my kids needed to be online for school! Super slow ping times and packet loss to boot especially later in the day. Was told it would be fixed in a few days, waited patiently for months and it never happened.
